C'est sur que l'entrée fait rever et tres moderne. Hall propre, spacieux, bien décoré. L'appartement lui, etait grand. Cetait bien le seul aspect positif qu'on a pu lui trouver... Pour le negatif, cest simple : Propre

Grand hôtel, très spacieux avec une ambiance très cool

I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time.

The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen was clean. The down side would be the bathroom/shower; they leak terribly and there is no way to keep the heat in due to the doors not sliding closed all the way. The rooms are not soundproofed and the hotel does not enforce quiet hours, we chose to stay outside the city so that we would be able to sleep and that was not the case. There was a party on the floor above that lasted until 5 in the morning, the staff was notified on multiple occasions and still nothing was done. The staff also does not respond to any type of messaging not on the website or through email. The hotel is nice and the gym had lots of cool equipment with restrooms. There is also a computer lab with two desktops and two arcade style games which were super cute.

Pour le 3e fois d'affilée, l'alarme incendie s'est encore déclenchée en pleine nuit, ras le bol de cet hôtel. Et comme d'habitude les viennoiseries du petit dej sont justes passables: du congelé qui n'est pas assez cuit :-(

Stay was good interesting property, only small problem was heating in our apartment was not working but just a little bit cold. Everything else was fine

Very nice and big building, not only a hotel but also a coworking space. The fitness room is very spacious but has not many machines, the tapis roulant is quite good indeed. I did not like the breakfast, the muesli was not good, the choice of fruits is limited, no nuts. For a better ecosustainability I would advice to put bigger wall-hanging soap dispenser instead of small 20 ml bottles.

A great facility but lacked some basics like cutlery and glasses in the communal area and rooms. The ‘queen’ sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Doesn’t lie flat at either end so more like sleeping in a hammock/banana. Awful. Twin beds I believe were comfy.

Bonjour, le personnel était gentil, mais nous avons choisit l’hôtel car il était spécifié climatisé. Arrivés, il n’y avait que des ventilateurs pas de climatisation. On a été déçu et nous sommes partis

They cheated us and there is not enough communication with anyone. We booked there and went there to check in it’s was so dirty and smelly room. We asked the receptionist to change the room but he couldn’t speak English or help us to communicate with the hotel management. We booked through Expedia which I tried to contact and explain my situation that I’m standing with my 3 kids and the room is smoke smelly. They said they will help but never turn back to me. I wrote a letter and check out straight away. I hoped Expedia will sort it out for me which they didn’t. So I booked another hotel room and I never get my refund back.

Alles was prima het personeel, ligging kamers. Enkel er was geen airco en met 36 graden was het een echte sauna.

Deluxe kamer met 3 slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbedden. 2 badkamers een met bad, andere met douche. Helaas douche geen douche gordijn of wand. En voor de dames met lang haar, weinig water uit de douchekop. Prima kamer alleen mag wat liefde hebben. Was ook redelijk warm in de kamers. Grote parkeergarage waar laadpalen waren, helaas kregen we ze niet aan de gang. Ontbijt prima, verse croissants en broodjes, roerei wat beleg en wat fruit en yoghurt, niet heel verrassend. 15min lopen naar grote winkelcentrum en treinstation. Geen tussentijdse schoonmaak, 3 nachten verbleven.
