Pool was very cold. Not enjoyable

Was at the hotel for a romantic one night getaway and there happened to be a young sporting team there at the same time. Typically this wouldn’t bother me much, but our room was directly in front of the elevator in the main hallway where there was the most traffic. We heard screaming kids until almost 11pm and again before 7am running up and down this area right beside our door. I understand that kids will be kids, and I’m not upset that kids were playing, I’m just unhappy with the poor choice of room location when a couple walks in completely unrelated to the chaos that’s happening in the hotel that weekend.

Another successful stay at this property, everything was excellent.

There was a youth sports team staying at the hotel, and of course, that leads to kids running up and down hallways all night, door slamming, door knocking, you name it inside and out, which makes it difficult to sleep. This is becoming more and more of an issue as hotel property owners avoid conflict with groups/guests. Groups aren’t the only patrons at hotels and when paying premium rates for an overnight stay where someone is supposed to sleep, there needs to be Action taken to address these issues.

Staff was excellent and were able to accommodate all my needs

We got a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds was spotless and the other bed had various types of hairs (facial hair, body hair, dog hair etc…) throughout the top and under sheets. It seemed as if this bed was untouched maybe by previous guests and the bedding was not changed prior to our stay.

The room was clean, but despite checking in during winter, the staff did not turn on the heat beforehand, so the room was extremely cold when we arrived. Our stay included a continental breakfast, but it was very disappointing. The eggs made us sick, and the following morning there was no food left by 9 a.m., even though the kitchen didn’t officially close until around 9:30–10 a.m. All my kids could find were a few leftover apples. The property advertises an indoor pool, but it felt like swimming in Antarctica—the water was freezing and definitely not heated. For the price we paid, you’re better off staying somewhere else. I do not recommend to stay here.

10/10 stay! Room was extremely clean! Breakfast was great. Staff was kind.

Front desk attendant was not welcoming or friendly at check in. All weekend there was screaming kids in hallways not a very relaxing get away breakfast was always low on food. All en all wasn’t a good stay for the money paid
