good: lobby is very artistic bad: takes very long time to wait for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. wifi is week in room.

Poor for airport overnight stay! Highly NOT recommended and waste of money.

因晚上才到機場,問了機場CS才知沒有機場SHUTTER BUS到酒店，最後用了12磅 TAXI到酒店, 建議提早跟酒店預定好SHUTTER BUS. 到達後經酒店職員可明天可BOOK車到機場,最後訂了11:30,車子12點多才到,而且是到機場附近一間酒店門口就叫我下車自己走去機場,雖然只是走5分鐘

Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food. Whole hotel looked shabby and need of a refurb. Only stayed one night used it for cheap car parking and airport transfer which was spot on.

Just a short stop as we had an early flight. The parking is free but the carpark is not well lit so not easy to negotiate with suitcases. The bed was comfortable but the room had a smell, I suspect it was the shower curtain. Was ok for the price.

Good overnight stay location before an early morning Stansted flight. 5-10minute drive or you can walk it in about 45mins. Shuttle buses available from hotel to airport.

Can’t give a full review, stayed there because I had an early flight the next morning. Checked in late, checkout out early. Room and bathroom were clean. Hotel is a bit dated but its got everything you need for a comfortable short stay

It was a standard hotel. Good for a night before flying from standard. It was a hot day and night and I only had a fan. There wasn’t any air con. But it was ok.

Good enough for a night next to the airport, no Wi-Fi in the room

Check in was fine. The room was ok.. nice clean laundry, good amount of towels. Tv and very good supply of coffee, tea and milk. The bathroom is in need of updating and bath, shower area not cleaned well. There was complimentary soap and shampoo/conditioner. It is a good location for Stansted airport and there is a shuttle service which is a bit expensive and driver very quiet, not much communication

On arrival, the guy on reception was alone, busy and trying to run reception and the bar/restaurant. When he got to us, he was nice enough, checked us in OK and pointed us to our room. From there it went downhill. The room was very dated, the shower was held together with sellotape, the shower curtain was not the finest and the dual sink had one sink that only supplied hot water, and the other sprayed water everywhere, when turned beyond a dribble. The drains were both pretty clogged with hair and would not empty properly. I also found myself standing in an inch of water in the shower, as the drain for that didn't seem to be able to keep up either. We then visited the restaurant, 3 fairly simple meals took nearly an hour to deliver and only then after prompting. There were flickering bulbs all over the place, and the general ambience was not good. Finally, and so to bed!! The mattress was soggy and awful, the pillow even worse. It was like a bag of air and just collapsed as it was laid on. And the final fun surprise was a large beetle, that also appeared to be trying to find its way out of the room as well!! Don't think it was impressed either. So on balance we think the place is a dump, and absolutely will not be returning EVER!!

Grime around bathroom, visible damage on door, walls and furniture, no lock on bathroom door and the worst of all.......no bedside table, like where am i meant to sit my phone. Overall food and services was ok but room left too much to be discovered

Perfectly located for Stansted Airport & very reasonable. A bit dated on decor but for a short term stay, very convenient

Dirty toilet and a toilet brush left on the side without a holder.

Staff are helpful and the room was comfortable with a decent bed, my only criticism is the breakfast was really not good, no eggs ( although shown on the picture) cold beans and I had the last piece of cold bacon, I could accept this minimal amount if I had been late or early but not at 8am, otherwise a very pleasant stay.
