Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the problems delay, the pool is closed. David is nice and very helpful. Beware there is no kettle provided on normal room. The lobby is nice. There is a big supermarket nearby but closed on Sunday.

It would have been nice if the room had a water boiler and some tea/coffee. For 4-star hotels, these things are normally expected.

Its a nice hotel but unfortunately internet in the room was a bit buggy and their pool area on the roof was not ready. But it is well placed for a visit in Alcala

It’s clean and good place to stay beds are not comfortable at all and rooms are hot , thermostat doesn’t work even if you change the setting

Bien en general. Habitación grade, limpia y silenciosa, cama cómoda. Por pedir... Un humilde bidé en el amplio cuarto de baño. Pero hay que acostumbrare, porque escasean.

Creo que el no se ajusta calidad/precio. No me ofrecieron la bebida de cortesía y cuando lo hice me dieron solo una, aunque la reserva era para 2 personas. La habitación fría, tardo en calentarse toda la noche, la alcachofa de la ducha no funcionada y hasta que no di el aviso no vino nadie. En fin, detalles que marcan la diferencia entre repetir o no. En mi caso, será no. En cuanto al personal, al menos el de la mañana, mucho que decir sobre cualquier atisbo de atención al cliente. Ni un gracias, hasta otra, ha estado todo de su agrado?. Creo que hay opciones por la zona mejores y mas económicas. Saludos.
