Equipe gentil, quarto espaçoso, localizacao incrivel, cafe da manha excelente.

The room was a very basic room but in good condition. The man at the front desk on our of arrival was not very friendly. The bath towels are really small and thin and there is minimal amount of natural light that comes in the room. The hotel is well located and close to the Main Street.

Je met 10/10 sur tout (Accueil très sympathique, hôtel impeccable, chambre propre, super petit déjeuné), mais 0/10 sur la literie. Le matelas était horriblement dur à tel point que nous n'avons pas pu nous endormir et au matin on était cassé. Je n'avais jamais vu ça. Et le but d'un hôtel est de dormir. Je ne comprend pas comment l'hôtel a pu acheter des matelas aussi durs. Dommage.

Staff was great and accommodating. Front desk staff was great and helpful with dining recommendations and providing locations/ direction of all the sites.

Top Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind leider sehr hellhörig. Ohropax mitnehmen.

Great location, walkable to all tourists attractions, safe area, quiet comfortable room, comfortable bed, air-condition worked well, nice,clean bathroom, no hot water problem, no safe box in room, no hotel parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't compare with big nane hotels but great value for the price. We will stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel San Francisco was delightful. The rooms were bright and comfortable. The solarium on the top floor has stunning views and places to sunbathe and shower, also offering shade if needed. The breakfast was outstanding. And most importantly the service was second to none. I will definitely be staying there next gear.
