房間太悶，只有暖氣沒有空調，洗澡間窄小，除此之外，都算舒適。地點方便，鄰近主要景點（米蘭大教堂、拱廊）及地鐵站，交通方便。

1. 床上只有被單，被單裡面沒有被子。後來在櫃子找到一件小毯子，但因為是中央空調，不能調整溫度，每天睡覺都覺得很冷。 2.櫃台服務員收取城市費後，找錢用丟的，感覺很差。 3.網路訊號很差，連了一天才能連上線。

Good location with reasonable price

Beautiful night view. Convenient to go Castle Sforzesco or Duomo. Breakfast might not include. Beware of its cost (14 euro/person). 夜景很漂亮. 前往斯福爾扎城堡或米蘭大教堂都很方便 早餐可能不含在價錢中, 注意其價格 (14歐元/人)

环境太差像旅馆价格不合理太烂太老的旅馆也叫四星实在无舒服不合理！！！！

They dont have slipper and teeth brush! And the prepaid wifi was so so slow!

We book 3month ago prize is170 Euro hope the hotel is worthful my staying was very disappointed It's not worth ！

Unfortunately the extra comforter we were using had a yellow urine stain on it (we think it is urine) and there are no shampoo + conditioner. The WiFi is very spotty and we had to use hotspot to stream the game.. it felt more like a 2.5 - 3 star hotel than a 4. Seems like other guests agreed that it wasn’t 4 star, based on photo attached. Would look at google reviews before considering. Good location but super loud at night, curtains don’t actually prevent light from coming in. Staff were polite and nice, although they almost charged us for a breakfast we did not have.

Location is excellent, hotel is well maintained, only problem is that there are 6 stairs between the lobby and elevator, if you have luggage, it is quite inconvenient, because there is no one to help you.

The hotel is okay if you are going just to sleep. The air conditioner did not work and it was already very warm days. We came at the check-in time and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our room to be ready. The staff was nice :)

No desayunamos, no lo teníamos incluido, el hotel está bien situado pero no ofrece mucho más.

Il personale è stato molto, molto cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Sono arrivato dopo le 23 e mi hanno risposto velocissimamente su WhatsApp. La mia stanza era pulitissima. Una ragazza dai capelli lisci che lavora alla reception è stata super gentile. Accanto all’hotel c’è anche un ottimo bar, con personale molto cortese, dove è possibile fare colazione. Mi sono trovato davvero molto bene.

The room was very small and smelt of bleach/ cleaning products Reception were very rigid and wanted €20 for an early check in right up to the last minute despite only one there. Shower was small, toilet did not flush well. Good location is the only plus

It was a nice hotel but there was a lift to travel up. This was extremely tight. Also the shower was so small my partner struggled to manoeuvre properly. The room was nice but the photos made it look a lot bigger than what it was. The view was amazing though!
