Nice staff, gorgeous building, marble everywhere and decor is nice. The breakfast is actually as good as you'd get somewhere in a nearby cafe. You can leave your luggage in a room before or after check-in and check-out. However, if little things such as small imperfections in floors bother you then it's not a place for you, head to Marriott.
Cleaning ladies are very helpful and joyful. Electric only works when you insert your room key into a pocket by the door. You are asked to leave keys at the reception when you go out. My guess is pickpocketing is out of control in Rome and it's better this way :-)
