Very nice facility. Helpful staff. Rental bicycles a plus!

Vi ankom tidligt men blev mødt af en virkelig venlig receptionist og vi fik lov at parkere og fik vores værelse efter 30min og endda 3 timer før tid. Hotellet er rent og pænt og stille. Tæt på centrum så vi kunne gå ind til Lucca. Morgenmaden havde et fint udvalg og personalet var meget hjælpsomme og kom hurtigt med kaffe. Trods sine 3 stjerner er vi meget imponeret. Personalet hjalp også med hvad vi skulle opleve, da vi kørte videre.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Toller Außenbereich, nettes Personal - wir kommen wieder! Auch mit Kleinkind sehr zu empfehlen.

God beliggenhed i gåafstand til centrum. Virkelig søde og hjælpsomt personale. Kommer gerne tilbage.

Jättefint och fräscht hotell, som skulle kunna vara 4-stjärnigt. Trevlig personal. Lite trångt vid poolen, men inget som störde oss. Tar ca 7-8 minuter att nå innanför muren.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med god stemning og venlig betjening. Jeg anbefaler det, hvis man gerne vil have et par dage i Lucca.

Excellent hotel with staff who were very friendly, helpful and great with languages. Great pool with loungers and cafe area adjoining with lush gardens. 8 minutes from Lucca walls and quiet area. Lovely reception area good for relaxing. Bikes available in hotel for hire are perfect for Lucca exploring.

A great experience from the welcome to leaving this hotel and its staff were first rate, friendly and considerate. Great location and great hotel.

Spent three nights at this beautiful, clean well located hotel, welcoming, informative happy hosts. Fabulous breakfast choice and relaxed comfortable dining area. We hired a bike at the hotel to travel and explore the gorgeous walled city. Easy to navigate and a great choice of eating/drinking places.

We were stranded at the train station and the concierge helped us get a taxi to get there safely. Everyone was lovely, it was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor pool and dinning area.

The staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast wonderful. Room very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Had a broken hairdryer replaced it pronto! We got two free drinks on arrival! Yay
