The hotel is ok, but service is not that good. The check-out lady charged us double tax for stay 2 night. One adult & one child (7yrs) for 8 Euro?! The night gentleman is very nice!

Poor room view (only the wall of the adjacent building) and small room! (About 100 square feet). Pretty classic Italian laboratory with bidet and hairdryer. Have big towels. The air conditioning is strong. You have to leave the key everytime you leave the hotel. I have not tried the breakfast in the hotel €7.5/head (as of June 2016）

沒有電梯要提著行李爬樓梯，至命傷是工作人員的淡漠還有毛巾用品的老舊，衛浴品幾乎是零。8歐早餐只有咖啡茶跟麵包。

Welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast with limited choice. Room with enough space. It's clean. Wifi is good also. Venice is a good place to stay, although the room is expensive here.

VERY, VERY, VERY CLEAN establishment. Convenient to great nightlife near the Jewish Ghetto. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very well-kept property. A hidden gem in Venice. Would stay here again for sure.

Rooms were a bit small and basic. However, they were clean and overall satisfactory. Staff were very nice and helpful. We needed to leave early for a tour but, they arranged a small package of food ahead of time. Location was also very close to train station and vaporetto which was convenient. You need to carry your luggage up to Floors 1 & 2. My room was quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street. Overall, a solid choice, if you want to be near transportation hubs and want your hotel close by when you arrive into Venice.

it was close to the bus and water taxi. Staff were very nice even gave me a birthday gift. There were 2 days we couldn't eat breakfast so they would pack something in the morning for us which was very thoughtful. It was too small in the bedroom for 3 and too small in the washroom.

As a single older female solo traveller arriving late at night for a first time stay in Venice the short walk from the train station was simple and felt safe. Welcoming hostess, lovely clean room. Great walkable location. Everything I needed! Perfect for me!

Air-conditioning was not great, but the windows opened room was clean

Unico ponto que pode ser ruim para alguns é a necessidade de subir escadas, tanto para chegar na recepção quanto pra chegar aos quartos, portanto se atentar a esse detalhe quando for fazer sua reserva

Clean room friendly staff very convenient location

Stayed at this hotel for one night, as we had an early flight and needed to catch the city bus early. Went to hotel before I checked in to ask a question about transportation and front desk was more than helpful! Clean hotel, safe, secure and convenient to train station/ water taxi.

En general esta bien para unos cuantos días, la habitación es muy chica. Si llevas mucho equipaje queda todo amontonado. El desayuno estubo bien solo que falto algo de verdura.El personal gue amable. Esta cerca de la estación de trenes caminando.

This was my third time staying here and it was nice to see the standard has been maintained since my first stay in 2008. It’s in an excellent location and that’s the most important thing in Venice, the ease of arrival/departure. I saw so many people lugging their bags up and down the bridges of Venice, whereas all I had to do was walk a short distance from St Lucia Station. Being at the top of the city in Cannaregio means that all of Venice is in front of you and at your feet, literally, you walk everywhere. The hotel is inside a lovely old Venetian building, whilst inside it's all marble and clean lines. I paid a really good price for a week in Venice in the middle of summer. My room was on the first floor and very comfortable with a double bed, work table, kettle with tea & coffee, luggage rack, TV and free WiFi. I had a typical Venetian view over the lane from the window. The washroom was a good size with a nice shower. The service and cleanliness was very good. Breakfast is available for a fee onsite. I’ll be back to stay when next in Venice.

Very close to the train station, nice staff, clean hotel, good size room. AC was not very strong but otherwise excellent hotel.
