環境舒適、整潔 服務良好

We chose this hotel since it's within walking distance to the Louvre. The room was small, as most hotels in Paris city, yet the bathroom was spacious and bright, and that was a big plus. Beds were comfortable. It was in an area where there are lots of nice Asian restaurants. Breakfast was convenient, yet not much options.

地點非常方便，附近是日本人區很多日韓料理，美中不足，附近自助洗衣十點就關，相當方便的地點

旅館的位置距離Pyramid 站走路僅僅5分鐘的路程，不管搭地鐵或公車都相當方便！旅館的接待人員相當親切！美中不足的地方就是房間挺小間的，如果有大件行李的人可能要多加考慮！

位置很好找 附近也有很多日本菜跟韓國菜 對於十多天的歐洲旅行來講是很好的餐廳給我們多一點的選擇。另外可以酒店就在羅浮宮附近，走過去也只是6分鐘的路程

这家酒店地理位置不错，就在卢浮宫的边上，去各大景点也很近。房价与房间面积的性价比不高，check-in略慢。

酒店離羅浮宮很近，去哪都很方便，床很軟，很舒服。就是房間面積有點小，放兩個箱子后基本沒有位置了。前台的服務很好，環境還是不錯的。下次來都會選擇這裡的，因為住這裡很安全。

The room I booked is the basic room with a double bed (it states it is for 2 persons). However, I was shocked when I get in the room as it was so small that I cannot even place my luggage on the floor. Lastly we have to request to pay for upgrading our room to a larger one. The condition of the hotel is fine and the interior design is quite nice. However, compare with other 4-star hotels I stayed in Europe, I don't think this hotel worth have a 4-star rating.

挺不错的酒店，服务人员态度非常好，入住办理的很顺利。房间虽然不大，但很舒服，总体来说值得推荐！最主要是酒店位置也挺好的。

飯店位置真的很方便，不論是購物、餐飲及交通都超級方便，非常適合自助遊。服務人員很親切，唯一的缺點是房間設施有點舊而且空間真的很小。

Extremely disappointing experience and far below expectations. After our first night, we requested an early check-out and a refund for the following night because it quickly became clear that the hotel did not match the standard we expected. The hotel feels old, tired and poorly maintained. Our room was outdated, with peeling wallpaper, visible signs of wear and tear, and a general lack of upkeep throughout. The reality is very different from the impression given by the photos online. Cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. We found a hair on the bed sheets upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of housekeeping and attention to detail. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the management’s attitude. We politely explained our concerns and requested a refund for the unused night so that we could move to another hotel. Not only was our request denied, but there was no attempt whatsoever to understand our concerns or offer any form of assistance. We also contacted Expedia in an effort to find a reasonable solution, but the hotel remained completely inflexible. What is particularly frustrating is the apparent confidence with which the hotel defends its standards, despite the obvious maintenance and cleanliness issues. For the rates charged, the overall quality and customer service were simply unacceptable. Paris offers countless hotel options. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in recent years

The room is spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located to lots of places I need to be.
