卫生设施糟糕， 洗澡的水没有压力，况且洗澡的时候必须一只手抓着淋澡头。没有卫生纸的架子，住宿价格贵却不值得！

明明預訂了浴缸的房間並船，去到酒店卻說

住宿地點很好，離地鐵很近，不過浴室淋浴沒有隔離，洗澡要小心沖洗

Location was absolutely fantastic. Plenty of public transport options nearby but many, many walkable sites like the Lourve. Service was variable. At check-in, the daytime concierge was amazingly helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. His fluency in multiple languages was also excellent. The evening concierge on the first night was less helpful. We were chastised for requesting to borrow silverware when the utensils that came with our food delivery were soiled. He allowed us to have forks if we returned them downstairs immediately after. All other staff we encountered were business-like. Maybe the first guy set our service expectations too high. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our adjoining family rooms for such a central location in Paris. The amenities in the room were appropriate for the price. Room turnover was good. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Air conditioning worked well in record high temperatures (100+ F). The elevator was always prompt except one prolonged delay at checkout, though I would guess a customer was holding it based on its lack of movement. Common areas were clean. The lobby amenities (seating, citrus infused water, croissants, bread) were nice. It never felt overcrowded even at check-in rush.

Staff was very helpful and informative. Hotel was very clean and centrally located. We had a wonderful stay.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms shown in the photos appeared renovated, modern, and well-maintained, but the actual room was old, outdated, and did not match the pictures at all. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use, even for an average-sized person. In addition, the internet was not working properly during my stay, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, there were plumbing issues, with blocked drains that caused further inconvenience. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, this hotel is advertised as a 3-star property, but based on the condition of the rooms and the issues encountered, I would not even rate the room 1 star. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the accommodations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The staff at Hôtel Elixir were great! All of the staff we encountered spoke fluent English and were very accommodating. The concierge recommended several places for dinner when we arrived and ordered us a large taxi when we left. The hotel is only about four or five blocks from Notre Dame de Paris and the Seine. Excellent Bistros, cafes, bakeries, and shopping surround the hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we’re in Paris.

The room was cute, complete with necessary Nespresso machine. The terrace was tiny but great! Only complaint- the hand shower had nothing to keep it eye level and I have long hair...

The room was spacious but it had large dust bunnies under the beds. The room was suppose to have a shower but had a large unsafe tub with a shower nozzle that sprayed water everywhere and no shower curtain. The top of the counter was pulling apart from the base and the calking was back with black mold. The little fridge didn't work.(i had to ask twice to have it fixed, then it still didn't cool very much when turn all the way up) There was no one to help with our bags. The site pictures made it look like a nice place to stay. But the Hotel was nothing like it's pictures. We chose not to eat breakfast there because of the lack of cleanliness of the Hotel. The first hostess was rude. The night clerk did a wonderful job at setting up a trust worthy ride to the Airport.

The Good: The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable, and the housekeeping staff was amazing every single day. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The Bad: The Smell: We stayed for 3 nights right after a game day, and the entrance smelled heavily of pee for all 3 days. No one did anything about it, and walking through it was horrible. The Rooms: Incredibly small. There was barely enough room for two adults to stand together. The bed was also the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. The Amenities: The towels are ridiculously small. If you are larger than a clothing size 4, a single towel will not even cover you. The Elevator: Extremely small and painfully slow. It can only fit two adults and a small stroller, meaning we had to wait an extra 10 minutes just to get our luggage up. Final Verdict: Traveling with a 15-month-old baby is hard enough, but this hotel made it much more difficult. This feels like a 120€–150€ hotel, not a 300€/night property. Do yourself a favor: book a different hotel in this exact area, but skip this one. Honestly not worth the price.

Excellent location: walking distance to Notre Dame, The Louvre, Ste Chapelle. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants of different cuisines. Couple of blocks to River Seine & the Metro. Staff was helpful & accommodating (stored our luggage while we went to Lourdes for a day). Bed & pillows were soft & comfortable. Coffee, tea, hot water pot in the room & the toiletries of wonderful scent. The room & bathroom were a a bit tight for hubby & me, not a deal breaker as understandably real estate in Paris is expensive. The location was more important for us; very convenient to most all.

Good for solo travel, cafes , restaurants and shopping areas are walking distance and metro closeby!
