服務態度非常差，沒有禮貌，過程中我們提問的問題櫃檯的服務員完全沒有解答，地方破舊，而且升降機壞的門不斷開開合合，非常恐怖跟服務員說他說是這樣的，令我們感到非常之害怕不敢使用升降機，唯有將行李抬上6樓，房間的走廊非常狹窄，而且非常破舊。

酒店的地理优势非常好，就在剧院旁边，走路去卢浮宫15分钟，旁边吃喝的咖啡店酒吧挺多，最近的地铁站2分钟就到，酒店虽然没有图片看起来那么好，但是这个价格非常好了

オペラ駅の近くで、地下鉄が便利に利用出来ます。スタッフも普通の対応で、英語も通じました。部屋にはバスタブ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーがあり、最低限の必需品はそろっています。機会があればまた利用したいです。

O hotel é bem localizado, perto do metrô. O café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto tem frigobar e foi muito útil, pois pudemos comprar queijos e vinhos.

Aire climatisé centrale

Beautiful historic hotel in heart of Oaris, close to bus and metro stations (and ATM) with delicious foods all around! Near the Passage des Panoramas. My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time - AC during heat wave was the best!!

I stayed 6 nights, the room over all it was ok, bed, sheet, pillow, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, buttt the only thing that was big downside it was went every time i got into my room had a smelly odor, I think it was the pipe, and it smelled really bad; I had to open the window to let the smell out.

Nice high ceiling room with aircon! Which was great in the hot summer. The receptionist was excellent he even helped me book a reservation at a restaurant and I got a fantastic seat. The price to value was incredible would highly recommend.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Great location with easy access to public transport. We would happily stay here again.

Salle de bain, un peu spartiate

I was really pleased. The trim was spacious which in Paris honestly is a treat. Everything was clean nothing too fancy but very good.

Et udmærket mellemklassehotel nær operaen. Receptionen er OK…men med skiftende “venlighed”. Da min kone ankom sent, fik hun en rigtig afvisende modtagelse, selv om det var forvarslet, at hun kom efter midnat. Værelset mindre end sidste gang - og lugtede lidt “hengemt”, ligesom døren til badeværelset både bandt og knirkede…så svært at liste på toilettet om natten. :) Morgenmaden er fin og personalet dér venlige og smilende, så klart et plus. Har boet her før…men det er nok sidste gang for vores vedkommende.
