Hotel is just 10-15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and situated in a quiet street. Front desk staff were all friendly.

Really bad experience, the cleaner first left a stinky towel in my suit case!!!!!!and the second day even did not properly lock the room door , luckily there is no missing stuff. But will never recommend a second visit

We had a nice stay in this hotel and while we were there, the breakfast is on discount (£12->£7 per person) which we enjoyed very much.

Small room and small bed,we booked two beds room, but there's just one bed.

I was orginally booked 2 rooms for 4 persons, but my brother siddenlly can go with us, the staff helped us to change our 2-person room to 3-person after we checked-in for a while. My parents cannot get used to cold water, the reception helped to borrow a boiler to us. Appreciated.

Nice position with walking distance to different spot ! I am living in a single room, the bed is very spacious and soft ! Nice !

The hotel is in a great place, nearby metro(walk 3 mins), the staff is very nice, also the hotel is valuable and comfortable in Paris.

Très bon petit déjeuner, simple et de qualité pour un tarif contenu. Chambre confortable et rue peu bruyante pour Paris. Localisation parfaite pour un séjour business ou tourisme. Personnel très attentionné.

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. As you can see in the photo, the toilet was dirty, with stains left by a previous guest. I reported this to reception when I left in the morning and they promised to come and clean it during the day, but although they did come to make the bed, at the end of the day the stains were still there. It's a shame because the room is reasonably comfortable, the reception staff are very friendly and the breakfast is fine. But it is not acceptable for the bathroom to be dirty, and even less so when, after reporting it, they come to clean it and it remains the same.
