Small hotel with very small lobby area. The toilet room has a bad smell. The lift was out of order during my stay. When I arrived the hotel, the staff was very nice and helped carrying the luggage upstairs to the fourth floor. Yet when I left after staying for three nights, I asked for the same help but another staff could offer to carry one luggage down for us only. There are no facilities like face tissues, refrigerator or iron etc. Therefore, not quite value for money.

Hotel Garance is great if you are just looking for a no frills hotel. The room had been somewhat recently renovated/updated. There are no extra amenities such as soap in bathroom or complementary water in room. The room was looked clean however when hotel staff would come in and complete their routine cleaning throughout the stay they left behind an unpleasant smell which seemed to be a dirty vacuum smell. Overall, the hotel is a good value and provides a comfortable place to land after long days exploring Paris.

Este hotel está en mantenimiento, no entiendo como fue posible que me brinden algo así. La habitación daba la impresión de sucia, oscura, lúgubre, en fin, llegué y encontré una toalla usada y un pomo con líquido de limpieza en el piso. Muy desagradable la estancia allí, por eso no estuve la segunda noche. Nada recomendable este lugar. Por favor antes de comercializar algo así actualicense de las condiciones reales.

The staff were friendly but the hotel is old, dirty, under construction which made it dusty and noisy. The outside was dirty as well, not welcoming in any sense.

Hotel com boa localização, junta a uma estação de metrô que possibilita fácil deslocamento para várias partes da cidade, também possibilita muitos passeios caminhando por áreas de interesse. A frente do hotel fica um centro comercial então não espere aquela vista dos prédios clássicos de Paris, mas basta sair e caminhar alguns metros que terá a experiência pois muitos restaurantes e lojas de Interesse. Quarto com bom tamanho. Café bom e funcionários simpáticos.

l'hotel est en travaux, du coup tout est moche l'hotel indiquait avec climatisation et lorsque je suis arrivée la climatisation n'etait pas fonctionnelle en raison des travaux mais personne ne vous previent en amont et il n'y a aucune indication a ce sujet il faisait 32 à l'extérieur et 40°c dans la chambre avec pour seul réconfort un ventilateur qui ne sert à rien pas d'eau dans la chambre j'ai quitté l'hotel au bord du malaise et le receptionniste n'a rien fait pour m'aider à trouver une solution heureusement Hotel.com m'a aidé mais j'attends toujours le remboursement

Staff was very friendly. The light breakfast was free because of reservations which was convenient. We did find the air conditioning wouldn’t work most of the time so it did get a little hot.

Hôtel en réfection donc compliqué. Petit déjeuner indécent (un café un croissant) pour le prix.
