Fidèle aux photos par contre l'été fuyez car pas de climatisation (juste ventilo) et sous les toits... Donne sur rue donc pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Équipements vraiment sommaires : pas de table de nuit, télé minuscule et rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière...(Pas de volets). On dirait que rien n'est fait pour que ce soit confortable. Pour une nuit ou deux ça peut aller... Petit déjeuner pour 14 euros est une honte : le stricte minimum qui ne vaut absolument pas le prix... Autant aller dans une boulangerie.

Hôtel parfaitement situé dans le quartier de Montparnasse. Chambre de bonne surface. Personnel accueillant et dévoué. Je conserve l’adresse.

The hotel is currently under renovation, but during our 4-day stay we didn’t actually see any work being done. The hallways and stairs were covered with protective plastic, cables were hanging from the ceilings, and the whole place felt unfinished and neglected rather than actively being renovated. The rooms are very small but relatively clean. However, there were several maintenance issues, the toilet was heavily covered in limescale, and some electrical outlets were literally coming out of the wall. The biggest disappointment was the rooftop terrace. Instead of being a pleasant rooftop area, it looked more like a storage space for construction debris, materials, and vacuum cleaners, dirty, messy, and completely neglected. It’s such a shame because with a little care and attention it could be a beautiful spot for a morning coffee. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The location is relatively close to the main tourist attractions, and honestly, with a bit more effort from the management, this could become a hotel worth recommending.

Les chambres sont petites mais bien agencée

Staff at check-in was very pleasant and accommodated late check. The room was horrible 😫 Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Shower and basin full of mould and needs updating or replacing. Toilet very badly stained. We were on 2nd floor, which seems to be under construction. No ceiling and wires hanging. Lights flickered whole stay.

Vi hamnade på ett renoveringshotell. Inplastade golv i korridoren och strömmen stänger av ibland. Störande borrljud på morgonen. Bra personal och enkel liten frukost som smakade bra. Bra läge nära tunnelbana.

Un hôtel qui a beaucoup de potentiel malheureusement mal exploité. Il correspond davantage à un 2* plutôt que 3*. À l’arrivée, nous constatons des taches sur le drap du lit, de la moisissure dans les recoins de la douche, des fenêtres et un dessous de toilette très sale. Il est bien d’y séjourner un court temps. Cependant la terrasse et les boissons à volonté sont un plus.

This is a good place with reasonable prices. However, they need to pay more attention to details in the rooms.
