Very bad experience, the reception girl is very rude and they takes money without informing their customers

櫃台員工需要再加強練, 我們在check in時, 櫃台說沒有我們的預定且已無空房, 但願意提供同樣檟格讓我們入住同一集團的4星飯店, 當我們花了1個多小時輾轉到那家飯店時, 郤又跟我們說有找到我們預定及保留的房間, 所以無法讓我們入住我們花了1個小時才到達的飯店, 必需要再折返. 這樣讓我們光是在check in就花了2~3小時時間. 其他方面, 餐廳bar台服務則還不錯.

This hotel was an excellent place to visit in Seville. Every amenity was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong.

O apoio do staff foi muito bom, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os equipamentos no quarto estavam um pouco danificados, inclusive com algum perigo para as crianças que ficaram no beliche.

A lovely experience - the staff were courteous and the modern room was very clean. The breakfast which cost a little extra was delicious and the parking for a little extra was very secure.

I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport. If it wasnt for the hotel staff my holiday would have been over then and there

Hotel service was good and breakfast was excellent.
