Staff was very kind and helped us with cutlery & plates when a restaurant forgot to give us cutlery with our takeout.
Location is really nice, could easily bus or take a nice long walk to the major sites of Sevilla...and tons of wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes within super short walking distance.
Only issue was the room we were given was not in a great spot...Room 101, on the main floor and right beside the door to the lobby... not only did the door to the lobby get in the way of entering the room at times, but it was extremely loud. Room doors do not close gently and therefore resulted in loud banging at all times of the day and night...while also leading us to be self-conscious and not want to disturb neighbours and guests/staff next door in the lobby. I assume rooms further down the first floor would be better.
