A very good location and is just a few feet away from the beach. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the room was clean. The scallops with squid ink rice at the seafood restaurant nearby (a 2-minute walk on the right along the beach) was fantastic.

Vi trivdes mycket bra och ger hotellet 9 av 10. Läget är superb, bara cirka 50 meter från stranden mellan de två pirerna och nära till allt i Arcachon. Personalen var mycket bra och hjälpsam. Rummet var tyst, rent och hade en stor, skön säng. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt, wifi var stabilt och tv:n bra. Vi uppskattade särskilt att det gick att fylla på vattenflaskor gratis i en automat på hotellet. Parkering finns i garage, men den bör bokas i förväg, vilket vi missade. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet. Det enda negativa var baren, som utlovade drinkar men sedan inte kunde göra dem. Ett mycket bra hotell som vi gärna rekommenderar.

Séjour agréable avec un hôtel très bien situé sur le front de mer. Possibilité de parking en sous-sol. Personnel agréable et serviable La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et la pauvre préposée au service seule débordée par moments. Elle a du mal à regarnir le buffet, nettoyer et préparer les tables. Mais elle garde le sourire et s’en sort bien quand même. Je recommande cet hôtel pour découvrir le bassin d’Arcachon.

Attractive, boutique hotel right on the bay side in Arcachon with comfortable rooms close to everything. Ideal location put us with easy access to rent a bike or stroll the boardwalk or catch the ferry to Cap Ferret. All the restaurants are there and the town is just behind. The staff could not be nicer! Everyone charming and helpful. Two tips for your visit: make sure to reserve a parking spot with the hotel before your visit! They have limited spots. Also, the breakfast was a beautiful display and offered many items, but the price seemed a little high- maybe check on pricing before you take that every day. Enjoy this welcoming hotel!

Excellente séjour à Arcachon. L'hôtel est situé à coté de la belle plage. La chambre est très confortable et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et le service et impeccable ( exemple : fontaine d'eau à l'étage, disposition de linge et parasol pour la plage ). A recommander !!

Veldig glad i valgte dette hotellet. Kom først tre timer før innsjekk, men fikk rommet vårt med en gang. De ansatte på hotellet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Enestående med frokost servert på rommet, kunne bestemme på forhånd hva vi ville ha, og ringe om vi ville ha mer. Vi valgte rom med delvis havutsikt, uteplassen var fin og lun. Tok frokosten på uteplassen hver dag. Vi var i Arcachon under en hetebølge, og fikk låne både håndklær og parasoller gratis til stranden. Perfekt lokasjon på stranden, og anbefaler å ta båten fra pieren ut til Cap Ferret! ☺️

Excellent hotel next to seafront. Only minor point is that balcony was shared with other rooms so I was wary of leaving the door open at night.

Hébergement très bien situé sur la plage! Service très soigné et personnalisé. Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner font tout pour nous satisfaire et nous aider. Chambre familiale très pratique et agréable avec le coin enfant fermé par un rideau. Chambre et salle de bain propre et bon état, avec terrasse très agréable. Un sans faute pour cet hôtel à taille humaine ! Nous reviendrons, encore merci !

Good location

Absolutely perfect location and great hotel. I recommend the seaside room. It was a wonderful view (right on the water!) and a great place to have breakfast. Definitely get the breakfast and they will help you bring it to your room and set you up at your outside table - AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Seriously, everyone was super helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
