8/10 over 6 nights. Nice hotel. Lovely pool area. Great staff. Good breakfast. Pretty good dinners on half pension. We had a ”villa”. It was functional and clean. Good beds. Parking lot view. :(. Assume some rooms in hotel have nice views (?). Would stay here again. Small challenges: Hotel quiet as 4 -5 km outside of city. No city buses and hotel Shuttle not easy to use so we had to taxi a lot. Typically 8-12 €. So two back and forth trips could cost 30-40€ a day. Taxis from city not always easy to get. Esp. at night. There was no Uber - in spite of what Uber advertises. The air conditioning was hard to control. Room service times and selection poor. We saw a lot of Foodora deliveries being dropped off. Ten min., hotel booked, limo drive to airport cost 28 :(. Regular taxi was 13€.

Hotel incrível, muito confortável e silencioso

The pool was brilliant and the hotel cool, relaxed and spacious in a very hot day. The staff were very attentive and it all felt very calm. The restaurant food was good and the service excellent. One thing that could be improved is the pool bar selection and out of kitchen hours menu - the hotel is a bit far which means no alternatives if you’re used to earlier dinners coming from UK.

The name of the hotel speaks for its place. It is clean, comfortable to stay, staff helpful in many needs and a shuttle to bring you to city centre. If there is a shuttle to collect at airport, it would be a bonus.

Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar.

One of the staff on reception (a blond lady) and a member of the bar staff were the worst I’ve come across in over 40 years of travelling. They were rude and unhelpful. This appears to be a common experience amongst guests. It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely but my advice to fellow travellers would be to look elsewhere.

We enjoyed our state very much. One feature that I like the most was the bedsheets.

Super clean and the staff very friendly.

This is a hotel, but the villas on the property each includes a car garage. Pretty cool. The villa is 2-story. It is very roomy and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. They also provide free van transport and return into the city center, although the service times are a bit limited.

Globalement, très bon établissement, la qualité des prestations, de la restauration... le service de navette pour aller au centre ville.

The hotel is very well located in a beautiful area in a top of a mountain!! Front desk staff were not too friendly and didn’t meet our expectations. Food and beverages and housekeeping staff were great!

Beautiful hotel! Staff are so nice and friendly! I only stayed for one night and will definitely stay there again.
