Great location in the heart of everything! Charming, cute! Every morning we got a little bag with some baked goods, fruit, cookies, juice, variety of coffees and teas are available 24/7. But the location is just perfect! The only note is that there’s no elevator. We loved the hotel!

Hotel muito bem localizado, apesar de não possuir café da manhã, todo dia deixavam na nossa porta um lanche bem gostoso e uma forma de carinho bem legal. Banheiro bom, exceto pelo box no quarto que fiquei que era pequeno, e ficava junto de uma janela, o que dava sensação ruim, mas de resto excelente, quarto bem amplo.

The location near Plaza Mayor and vibe of the entire property was perfect. However, the biggest highlight of our stay was the incredibly patient and helpful staff. They provided excellent support and help to make our first time in Madrid amazing!

Close to everywhere, shops, groceries, and restaurants. Not expecting a lot but the hotel provided free water, other refreshments, and fresh pastries in the morning! Clean and nice staff was a plus!

Desde que llegamos la persona en la recepción fue muy amable. Tenían una habitación disponible y nos acomodamos de inmediato. La cama muy cómoda. Un la parte de abajo ofrecen café, fruta, agua y algo pequeño para acompañar al café. Si uno planea pasear, el hotel cumple con lo necesario para poder descansar después de un día largo de paseo. Y la ubicación muy buena. A unos paso de la Plaza Mayor y el mercado de San Miguel. Personalmente, nos gustó mucho el hotel. Muy recomendable

Staff was excellent, property was very conveniently located and clean. Not fancy but had everything you need and they put a bag of pastries on your door every morning which was a nice treat.
