最先check in 的房间在4楼，下午房间内已经非常闷热，有一个夸张的制冷机，它的工作噪音很大。半夜2点整个房间像蒸笼一样，令人非常气愤！经过与前台沟通，更换了房间，但是无论如何，这一晚的遭遇已经毁了整个行程！

酒店位置非常方便，位於市中心，附近有很多餐廳和商店，步行5分鐘便到主教堂，參觀大部分景點都可以步行前往，晚上出入也絕對安全。房間整潔舒適， Wifi良好，酒店大堂有提供水和果汁，櫃檯服務員非常好，而且有禮貌，旅遊資訊會詳細解答，附近有超級市場。我絕對會因為位置好和服務好，再次入住古騰堡酒店。

在古城中心非常方便，大多人的服務態度不錯，少數人是相對缺乏耐性，有點可惜！ 房間品質舒適令人滿意！

El colchón de la cama muy viejo e incómodo. En nuestra habitación habia un aire acondicionado que daba a la cama directamente y era muy ruidoso. La presión de la ducha un poco baja. Por lo demás muy bien. La localización genial y la decoración y el ambiente del hotel muy bien.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was a 10/10. The staff was extremely helpful and kind! I would definitely come back.

Acceuil avec le sourire, à l'écoute et beaucoup de bienveillance. Chambre parfaite et propre. Hôtel très bien placé proche de tout à pied. Parking on ne peu mieux. Merci à tous les professionnels de l'hôtel, du petit déjeuner à la fin de journée.

I enjoyed the hotel, the room annd breakfast were nice and the staff was fantastic. The only issue for me was getting back and forth to the train station because it was pouring when I arrived and a very long walk. On the return, Ubet wouldnt pick me up in front of the hotel so I again walked the half mile back to the train station I definitely brought too much luggage! For the cathedral and old town it was a good location, though.
