Star房型適中，看得出房間重新整修過，離車站近，周遭環境機能便利，但小法國區步行10分鐘即可，很方便。

物美價廉的旅館！可惜沒有冰箱，其他都非常棒👍，不論是交通、購物地點的方便性，都很值得推薦喔！

Die Unterkunft wirkt zwar gepflegt, doch bei genauerem Hinsehen offenbaren sich Mängel und die mangelnde Liebe zum Detail bei der Zimmerausstattung. Auch die Ausstattung lässt sich bestenfalls als ausreichend bewerten. Beispielsweise hatten wir einen Parkplatz reserviert, bekamen aber keinen zugewiesen, und bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Plätze belegt.

Pros: comfortable bed, hot shower, very nice reception staff, good location near train station and historic part of town, good pricing, was offered free coffee because of my complaints Cons: housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels, looks like didn’t clean the shower either, safe stopped working and they didn’t change the battery while we were there. They nicely provide lemon water and popcorn in the lobby, but lemon water was bitter and popcorn machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

L'établissement est bien situé, à proximité immédiate d'un arrêt de tram. La décoration semble à première vue chaleureuse. Malheureusement l'arrivée dans la chambre nous refroidi directement. La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous avec des saletés au sol, le nettoyage des toilettes est discutable, présence de moisissures au niveau des fenêtres. Le point culminant a été la présence d'un énorme cafard en plein milieu de la nuit dans la salle de bain.... Le réceptionniste le jour de notre départ était désolé et nous a donné les coordonnées du responsable, mais notre mail reste sans réponse pour le moment.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und ein süßes Konzept. Leider war in unserem Gebäudeteil der Aufzug außer Betrieb und die Frühstückszeiten für Wochentage wurde uns falsch gesagt weshalb wir noch saßen als die Frühstückszeit offiziell zu Ende war. Der Umgang mit uns war in diesem Zusammenhang leider recht rüde und eher unhöflich. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt aber gut gefallen.

Une partie du personnel est tres sympathique. L'accès au parking de l'hôtel nous a été tres bien expliqué par une dame adorable qui travaille à l'accueil. Pop corn gratuit dans le hall. Hotel tres bien placé en plein centre ville. Un arret de tram juste devant l'établissement. Bon petit-déjeuner (particulièrement les œufs brouillés). Notre salle de bain était assez petite, le lavabo ressemblait à un lave main, l'étanchéité de la porte de la douche est a revoir et il manque des étagères pour poser une trousse de toilette. Notre séjour a été dans l'ensemble agréable.

Highly recommend this place. It's quirky which we loved. Great location. But it's the staff that make this place a highlight. They are all friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water and they were incredibly responsive. And a special mention to Anna (housekeeping manager). I lost a very sentimental piece of jewellery in the room and I don't know how or where but she managed to find it and I am SO grateful!

Hôtel idéalement situé proche du quartier de la Petite France. Chambre au calme et bien équipée. L’hôtel a dû être rénové récemment et si la deco est plutôt sympa, au niveau finitions et entretien on est loin du compte, c’est dommage : moquettes des couloirs sales, murs poussiéreux, parquet de la chambre tâché… Le petit déjeuner est correct et varié.

The Hotel was perfectly placed close to the island (Centre Ville ) , the tram B stopped right outside . The room was perfect for us . It had a huge bed , so comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower room was great with the temperature of the water and pressure perfect. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, water , and a safe . The best thing about this Hotel was the staff , all so friendly and helpful. The reception staff member on the day we arrived and for two days of our three days, she was absolutely so kind and professional. Would 💯 return to stay here if we came again
