樓梯很陡，可是會有親切的旅館人員幫忙提行李上下樓，還有可愛的貓。房間很乾淨，雖然有點小行李箱沒辦法在地上攤開，但整體還是好的。飯店位置離TRAM westermarkt站走路只要2分鐘，從中央車站直接搭過來也只要5-10分鐘﹐，非常方便，附近就是安妮之家和西教堂，只是我們的房間在馬路旁，晚上到12點左右都還聽得到路上的吵雜聲，但我們不是淺眠的人，床很舒服所以還是睡得很好。早餐很棒，旅館櫃檯都非常親切，check out之後可以寄放行李到很晚。

It would be much better if there is an elevator.....

I stayed for 3 nights feeling very comfortable. Nice staff, great location between the westermarkt and dam square, room is very clean and well maintained, good breakfast. Although the room isn't big and the step to hotel is steep. But still a great hotel.

房間非常小、但是很乾淨舒適，地點佳，在約丹區，離西教堂跟安妮之家很近，5分鐘內路程，走路到中央車站大約15分鐘。適合不要求房間太大，但想要簡單舒適、方便的旅行者。

除了樓梯太陡（這是阿姆斯特丹的通病）這一點小小的缺點外，其他部分都令我們非常滿意，房間乾淨、裝飾得宜，服務非常友善而且親切，我很滿意選擇了這個旅舍！

Friendly, very helpful staff made the stay enjoyable, and the location is excellent. The room was small but clean and the bed comfortable, with great daily housekeeping. Be aware of steep stairs (not ideal for mobility issues), and allow extra time at check-out since you may need to return the key at a partner hotel. Breakfast was a great addition to get the day started.

All staff are super friendly,polite and helpful. The steep spiral staircase adds historical charm. Quiet and great location.

We left a horrible lodging and found this wonderful place! My friend and I were traveling alone with our baggage, we were tired and hot. We got to the hotel Clemens and immediately the concierge brought our bags up for us, got us cappuccinos and stroop waffle. He told us to sit down and relax while he checked in. The reception area is beautiful, the breakfast area is gorgeous very historic. The coffee was fantastic and when we stayed the next two days, the breakfast was phenomenal with lots of fresh choices and all you can eat and drink! Beautiful terrace to sit outside. Or you could eat indoors in the lovely dining area. While the room is small, it’s very pretty and clean, with the TV refrigerator blow dryer ample closet space with hangers. Lovely view on the main Avenue. Central to pretty much everything and whatever questions you have, the concierge is more than happy to give you information. The whole staff was fantastic and friendly! When we checked out, we were sad to go and we received the same treatment as when we arrived! If you don’t mind climbing very steep stairs, this is definitely the place for you! Lovely location, lovely people, lovely hotel! I would totally stay here again!

Be warned! When you arrive at the hotel and ring the bell you will be Shocked at the stairway. It is STEEP and Very Long. Do not book here unless you can climb very steep stairs, and one or two More flights to your room. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. Everything from dinner recommendations and reservations to a really nice breakfast. Great location but be aware of the steep stairs

Veldig koselig, lite hotell med en flott beliggenhet med tanke på sightseeing og shopping, og matopplevelser. Området rundt er fullt av koselig, små butikker og restauranter. Personalet på hotellet var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelige. Frokosten som var inkludert var overraskende innholdsrik til å være et lite hotell. Bodde på enkeltrom. Ikke store rommet, men akkurat passe for én. Vil absolutt anbefale å bo her ved reise til Amsterdam. Husk at det er veldig lang og bratt opp til resepsjonen og rommene, men dette er null problem ved lite bagasje.

This family-run hotel in the heart of Amsterdam is a true gem. Nestled along the canal in a historic building, it makes excellent use of the space while preserving its charm. Guests are warmly welcomed with a beverage at check-in and personally escorted to their room. As expected in a historic townhouse, the stairs are steep, but the staff are eager to assist with luggage. The complimentary breakfast is a lovely touch, and there is a lovely balcony alongside the common lounge area. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay, nice location that is close to everything you will want, only thing is be warned the room is tiny which is fine if you’re out all day but it should be said.

Stedet ligger godt. Tæt på Anne Franks hus og mange spændende små butikker. Personalet er venlige og rare.

Amazing location and was very walkable to everything we wanted to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the lobby and patio area. The lobby is also home to 2 cats that roam around and we absolutely adored the charm

It is a bit central. Walking distance to Anne Frank’s house - about 5mins. Bridge construction adjacent to the hotel makes getting a Uber extremely challenging. Breakfast was okay and the staff was okay helping with my bags. They had more than 50 steep stairs to climb to my room, which was tiring and can be challenging with travel bags. No elevators. I won’t recommend to an elderly or people with mobility restrictions. I paid for 3 nights and end up spending 2 nights due to an emergent appointment. Even though I notified them at check-in, they won’t cancel my last night, and told me they would not find anyone to rent the room.

This is a a quaint hotel in a good location in Amsterdam. The staff was unbelievable ! Kind and helpful. One of the top friendliest places we have been! The breakfast was fresh and has great selections. Coffee all day was a nice touch . If you are a frequent European traveler you will not be surprised by the room sizes. They are small. Your 3 extra suitcases won’t fit. The entrance includes a very steep and narrow staircase but the staff was wonder and carried our bags to our room. If you are mobility limited skip this hotel. The price was worth it, even over Kings day

Veldig god og variert frokost. Hyggelig personale. Svært sentral og fin beliggenhet. Gode senger og puter.

Be prepared for very steep stairs. The staff will help with luggage but it still a steep long climbs from front door. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Lovely sitting area to sit and relax after a day exploring. Small rooms as expected.
