We found the room to be alot smaller than expected, there was no fridge,the wifi was awful and whilst we knew it was a continental breakfast we skipped the last day...so tbh overall not impressed especially what it cost.

Our quad room was spotless, tea and coffee making facilities and smart TV was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly. Great location near tube station and of eateries around.

Excellent breakfast, great location, clean room

I just stayed overnight in order to be close to Paddington station. The room was good because there was no carpeting and the window opened. The decor is cheerful. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff are the same pleasant young people I have met on many stays at the Athena. This is very reassuring and welcoming.

Reception welcomed us warmly upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the bus stops and Paddington Station, with plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. I highly recommend Athena Hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay! Apologies that I didn’t catch the name of the young male receptionist who checked us in on March 25, 2026 around 1:00PM.He was very friendly and helpful.

This was an awesome place to stay so close to Paddington station , very clean and quiet . Staff were extremely helpful .
