我訂的是非吸菸房，但我入住的卻是吸菸房。 飯店假日沒有接駁車，因此必須搭乘計程車去地鐵或其他地方。 第二天的晚上房間完全沒有整理。

It is not convenient in hotel's region. Though hotel provides shuttle service, but it doesn't work during weekend and service region is also limited. The breakfast is acceptable, but the room has smell of cigarette.

Room was spacious and clean, very convenient to walk every where

The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, or overnight (which they do make known on the website), but it would be more helpful and convenient for guests and travelers. The breakfast doesn't open until 8:00 am, which makes it difficult if you have tours planned, or a morning flight. Same in the evening, the restaurant doesn't begin serving until 8.00pm. There were very few staff who could speak English, so communication was hard. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, the beds were comfortable, and rooms very clean, and there is a nice rooftop pool and hot tub. The food they served was excellent.

Perfect hotel for a stay near the airport. Excellent customer service from all staff at the hotel, clean rooms & uncomfortable beds, free shuttle to/from airport. We had dinner there the night before our flight left and it was very good. Continental Breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay there again!

The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, the room had a funky smell and the walls are extremely think which allow you to hear everything, the pool was enclosed in a clear greenhouse which made the area unbearable on a warm sunny day. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

Tout était bien. Juste un point qui n'est pas mentionné sur hotels.com mais sur leur site: leur navette vers l'aéroport fonctonne que de lundi au vendredi. Donc, si vous arrivez au week-end prevoyez le déplacement en transports en commun, taxi ou similaire.

Excelente, y el personal maravilloso siempre con una sonrisa, super atentos listos para ayudar. Los meseros del restaurante super amables. Las instalaciones bellas los cuartos super bien y está cerca centros comerciales buenos para salir a comer. 10 de 10

All good, it would be nice if the shuttle was running on weekends.

Fue super facil el shutter para el aereopuerto. El cuarto para 4 era bastante grande. Tuvimos una situación con el aire acondicionado pero el personal muy amable nos resolvio rapido y sin problema.

i picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. the cafeteria had great food selections. the gym was incredible and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Clean room. Free shuttle if you book in advance but was told they don't run it on the weekends? Driver for the shuttle was not very friendly but I tipped him anyways. Reception was nice enough to call and order a cab for me to get back to the airport.
