Agradable el lugar y el bufet muy completo

Habitación de excelente tamaño y limpia, personal amable que habla inglés y español, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Desayuno solo para algo como emergencia ya que no había muchas opciones. La alberca fuera de uso. En general muy bien. La ubicación es excelente!!

El hotel está regular desayuno regular lo que no me gustó que cobran si dejas una maleta a guardar .

The breakfast was consistent with fresh tropical fruit and a good mix of continental and local elements. Highly recommended. The location was spectacular given the prices one street closer to the beach. Readily available dining options were all around and it was close to random shopping options.

Equipe atenciosa, cafe da manha de boa qualidade e bastante variedade, predio antigo e reformado porem bem localizado.

Quarto limpo, toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias. Somente o café da manhã que poderia ter um pouco mais de opções. De resto, tudo perfeito. Um ponto super positivo é o chuveiro, simplesmente maravilhoso. Ducha forte e de fácil regulagem.

Hotel muy cómodo y cerca de Playa Copacabana, restaurantes, farmacias y tiendas. También está cerca una estación del metro (10 minutos caminando). Excelente en relación calidad y precio.

O ar condicionado não estava esfriando como deveria, o apartamento fica no 14 andar onde a parede de frente é toda no vidro. A cortina de blackout muito velha e não estava fazendo a função como deveria. O quarto pequeno e sem nenhuma cadeira ou mesa pra auxiliar em uma emergência de trabalho. Nas fotos pareciam maiores os apartamentos. O Café da manha é ok. O atendimento e localização são os pontos alto do hotel.

O hotel é excelente, bom café da manhã, ótimos funcionários.

A una cuadra de la playa, en muy buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y cama comoda. Buen desayuno y la atención del personal muy buena.

The hotel is located at a super good location, very near to the beach and walking distance restaurants. However, the receptionist was a bit rude and gave us a room we did not asked for and did not wanted to change us. The next morning I talked to the other recepcionist and they confirmed that they had made a mistake with my reservation but the hotel was fully booked and we couldnt move.

Clean modern rooms with very hot showers

Clean room, nice staff, shops and restaurants nearby. Good place to stay.

The room didn't look as posh as it did in the pictures. Aircon didnt didn’t work properly which made it uncomfortable to sleep given how humid the weather was. They even charged for water at checkout, which is meant to be complimentary in most places. Housekeeping however was super nice and friendly.
