家庭旅遊在此住了9天。因班機抵達維也納的時間是一大早，而下午3點才check in，飯店的人員有盡力力讓我提早check in。飯店的位置很好，就在地鐵站旁，交通非常便利，唯一讓我沒有給出5星好評的原因是房間隔音不太好，有幾個晚上聽到隔壁有人在談話以及使用手機放音樂的聲音。

What vip access is receptionist and bellman with lousy attitude. Layout of room is weird, design is outdated. Towels, bed sheets look old. Sound isolation is really bad, I constantly hearing people talking in the hall way. Beside good location, it doesn’t worth any penny to stay in this hotel.

地點滿分，站立在商店滿布的市中心，樓下是underground, 前面是st stephen’s church, 步行5一10分鐘可以到opera house. 但整體Vienna 人都不算十分友善，所以receptionist 亦不列外，房間非常清潔

设计类酒店，很有风格，质量上乘位置绝佳，推荐不错的酒店

Zu beloben ist das äusserst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Was uns im Hotel störte, ist die Beduftung. Uns reizten diese Düfte in Nase und Rachen. Ich denke, man könnte ganz gut ohne diese Nervenreizungen auskommen.

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend/Zimmer sehr schön mit Blick auf den Steffl

It was very difficult to get the room cleaned we only had it clean twice in 7 nights.

They couldn't get our chrome cast to work and it was Christmas Day so they sent us wine and choccies. Best location in Vienna absolutely cannot wait to stay again

The hotel breakfast and staff were pretty great. The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss. I'm really not a big breakfast fan, but they offered anything from custom omelettes, cheese/meat platters, bread baskets and so much more. The check in is on the 5th floor which is a little weird. I'd book this hotel again.
