Cafe da manhã muito bom. Localização praticamente em frente a estação de trem. Perto do centro histórico.

Sehr dunkles kleines Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Daher musste man das Fenster ganz öffnen. Es hatte keine Klappfunktion. Das Zimmer war im ersten Stock. Mit Gepäck erst den ersten Lift zur Etage 0. Dann raus, über den Flur das Gebäude wechseln, um dann den anderen Lift in die erste Etage zu nehmen. Aufwendig und nervig. Zum Frühstück gelangt man wieder nur mit dem anderen Lift ins -1. über Treppe ist der Frühstücksraum nicht erreichbar. Das Frühstück war ok, aber das Personal dort sehr nett und schnell. Das dazugehörige ausserhalb liegende Parkhaus war gut und ist für fast alle Fahrzeugtypen geeignet. Preis / Leistung stimmt in diesem Hotel leider nicht

We stayed in a triple room which was very big, clean and facing the car park therefore quite at night. Breakfast was simple but ok and included in the price (which seems to be rare these days). The hotel is approx 100mt from the train station therefore not a great area to wander around at night but super handy for train travellers. Parma historic centre is less than 15mins walk away. The only very weird thing was the strong smell of dump in the stairs on the way to the breakfast room

駅近で清潔で良い。回りの部屋の音はすごく気になったが仕方ない。

Henkilökunta oli aivan todella ujoa. Yövyimme talven kylmään aikaan ja huone oli hieman vetoisa ja viileä. Lisäksi pimennysverhoon oli liiskaantunut torakka. Huone oli muuten iso ja siisti. Hotellin sijainti oli tavallaan hyvä, mutta aseman läheisyydessä tuntui hieman turvattomalta. Jos olisin matkustanut yksin naisena, olisin valinnut toisen hotellin sijainnin vuoksi. Aamiainen ja puitteet olivat erinomaiset muuten!

The ppl in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean the breakfast is also ok. However Fatima was very friendly and kind. Thank you Fatima 🙏

Nós gostamos muito da estadia no hotel, porém o ponto negativo foi a equipe de atendimento da recepção. Em um dos quartos reservados existia uma lâmpada faltando que deixava o quarto um pouco mais escuro. Solicitamos a reposição da mesma 4 vezes e a equipe prometia resolver, porém nunca resolveu. Achamos que o atendimento por parte deles nesse sentido deixou a desejar, porém no geral gostamos muito de todo o resto.

Loved our stay here! It was such a wonderful place and i highly recommend it !

2 night stay, check in was great, conveniently located next to train station, breakfast was amazing and house keeping was good. However room was cold but no extra blanket was provided, no coffee provided in room and when asked they said no. neighborhood felt a little unsafe in the evening. After midnight, loud music can be heard, thought it was from outside, but was actually coming from the night shift playing his music so loud for hours.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quase em frente a Estação de trem de Parma, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Café da manhã com boa variedade e bem delicioso. Cama confortável, quarto amplo. Estadia perfeita

Propreté de la chambre pas optimale et surtout mauvais entretien : joint douche sale, trace de calcaire au mur, support douchette mal fixé, embout manquant au robinet du lavabo. De plus les fenêtres isolaient mal du bruit de la rue
