房間整潔，服務人員親切。 距離最近的車站有點距離，但附近有家樂福很方便。

Værelset var godt nok ikke rent. Ingen pose i skraldespanden, og der var skrald i uden pose, da vi kom. Ingen toiletbørste. Brusebadet var tipt. Mange døde insekter i gardinerne. Aircondition var fyldt med støv, som blev blæst ind/rundt i værelset. Generelt bare ikke rent nok - tænker på de 4 stjerner, som det desværre ikke lever op til. Manden i receptionen var dog ret sød:) Poolen er dog heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for:/

Rooms need to be updated - we didn't use the shower because it was in poor condition and the location is really far from Valencia city centre.

We had a fantastic stay at Azz Táctica. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. My partner and I are vegan, and although there weren't many vegan options available at breakfast, the chef kindly prepared a fresh salad for us, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel well looked after. The location was also very convenient, around a 20-minute walk to Fuente del Jarro station, with easy access into Valencia city centre, and very close to the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing staff, a lovely room and excellent service. We absolutely loved Valencia—it has definitely found a place in our hearts. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Bei meinem Aufenthalt im AZZ Hotel Táctica in Valencia wurde mir zunächst ein Zimmer im 5. Stock zugeteilt. Nach dem Betreten des Zimmers musste ich leider feststellen, dass sich dort Kakerlaken und andere Insekten befanden, die ich fotografiert habe. Das war sehr unangenehm. Der Mitarbeiter im Night Audit hat jedoch sofort reagiert und mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, aber es war zu spät. Ich habe mir diese Insekten überall vorgestellt und konnte kaum schlafen. Zudem waren die Wände mit zahlreichen Flecken versehen und könnten dringend neu gestrichen werden. Trotz der bezahlten Übernachtungen habe ich letztlich bei einem Freund auf dem Sofa übernachtet, da ich mich im Zimmer nicht wohlgefühlt habe.

The hotel looks a lot newer and more prestine in the video and pictures but in person it felt a little older. Upon arrival I waited in line to check-in and other guests just kept joining the person in front of me with other queries and the receptionist didn’t see to acknowledge this. It was a little frustrating considering I’d been travelling and just wanted to check-in. No one helped with the bags to the room. Not sure if it’s too much of me to expect but it is a 4-star hotel? Room was fine and similar to photos. Curtains were cut and had holes. Cleaners were amazing! Thank you so much! I had totally forgot the hotel had a swimming pool and sauna so would’ve been nice to be shown around or reminded by the receptionist. At check-out my flight wasn’t for a couple hours so they were kind enough to let me keep my bags there

Locatie is goed als je een auto hebt gehuurd Ontbijt ook goed en genoeg keuze . Voor een 4 sterren hotel mis ik wel de koffie /thee voorziening of fles water in de kamer. Schoonmaak kan beter. De wc pot is niet schoon als je verder kijkt. Het is net zichtbaar genoeg dat je er niet omheen kan kijken . Was in kamer 104
