Très bien situé près du Mont Ste Anne. L' établissement à besoin de rénovations qui devraient se faire cette année selon le personnel. Le petit déjeuner fourni était bien. Le personnel très gentil.

Chambres propres Certains membres du personnel ne parle pas francais... par contre, celle qui s'occupe des dejeunes, une perle!! Tres belle expérience grace à elle et elle nous a proposer des activités a faire dans le coin!

La chambre était propre mais c'est très basic. Le personnel est gentil mais on doit telephoner pour avoir quelqu'un qui vient nous voir à la réception et ils parlent uniquement en anglais. Hier soir comme au déjeuner il sont en pyjama c'est particulier. Le prix était correct mais plus cher que ça j'aurais été vexé

A l'arrivé il n'y avait personne pour nous enregistrer, il fallait faire un appel et cela a pris près de 45 minutes pour que quelqu'un arrive. Surprise personne ne parle français. La chambre est propre mais pas de tv, le contrat avec vidéotron n'a pas été renouvelé supposément changement de propriétaire. J'ai trouvé des ustensiles sale dans le bac d'ustensiles propre.

Hotel was Nice and very near to Montmoranvy fall. Thanks to Hemil who made our stay very smooth. Breakfast at Hotel was also very nice.

La chambre était très correcte, le déjeuner manquait de choix, mais c'était correct. Par contre le personnel ne parlait qu'en anglais et ne comprenais pas le français, c'est quand même un comble au Québec, et de plus sur le site de l'hôtel il est précisé que le personnel est multilingue...

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. From the smooth check-in to the spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and attentive staff, the experience was seamless. The location was perfect, amenities were well maintained, and service felt genuinely warm. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lit trop mou. Mal insonorisé. Pas de serviettes pour les cheveux. Mais sinon personnel bien gentil :)

Beautifully kept building and rooms. Unfortunately the communal microwave did not work and no coffee was left to use with the coffeemaker in the room. Great area around property for our dogs to run/walk. Expensive dog fee.

It was cute and clean. I would recommend it if you want to just sleep there. The Resto Bar and Bistro were not open, there was no coffee even tho the room had everything to make it. Self check in was easy and there is a nice field next to it if you bring your dog. The Pamphlet, I feel, must cater to a different time of year.
