The room was nice and clean. But we are not allowed to drive into the area near the hotel. We were advised to park the car in a public car park which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel didn’t provide electric kettle in the room.

All of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful! Lovely hotel, great location, good atmosphere and fun energy. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food, but I did have to store a fair bit of luggage—before and after my stay—no problem. Wonderful room overlooking the arena. Excellent aircon during heatwave. Because of my hefty luggage, they assisted me getting my car up to the hotel, which was very much appreciated rather than dragging it down the hill in 2 trips in the heat. Parking is nearby in the centre parking lot outside of the pedestrian zone, but the hotel charged a reasonable rate considering the typical cost of parking. Parked for over 24 hrs but only charged for 1 day.

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa every day.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It is in a beautiful location, and everything feels very homey. The outdoor dining in both the front and in the courtyard are lovely and inviting spaces. The spa did not disappoint. We loved our room. Highly recommend.

This place is not a hotel, it is an experience. Wonderful staff, comfortable room, excellent location. I would stay here again and again.

Buffet selections were varied at the buffet. The instruction posted for cooking boiled egg to your liking weren’t adequate as far as cook time.

The staff was so kind and helpful the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Great location near to everything and amazing views of the coliseum!

Great location in the centre. Really good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. AC BUT WE DID NOT NEED IT. Rooftop terrace bar.
