we stayed here for 4 nights for the Monaco F1 and the location of the hotel is perfect, restaurants are every where and only with walking distance to Nice Ville train station

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, und man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt für 2 Personen. Besonders schön fand ich die angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Had the room on ground floor. Hotel only a short walk to Promenade des Anglais. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again.

La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. It was on a street that was quiet though, and felt very safe. Walking distance from Old Town Nice, and very accessible e-bikes as well. The room was very spacious and we had an ocean view. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was poorly organized, staff inattentive and seemingly distracted from work. Scrambled eggs were served cold!! We go, however, appreciated thatcher manager on duty recognized thevisfues and gave a small discount. I would discourage from having breakfast here until problems resolved - a management issue!
