All staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is tidy and clean. Breakfast is yummy, love the homemade yogurt which is natural and not sweet. Enjoyed a lot staying here.

O Riad 72 é um hotel absolutamente lindo. Tudo muito limpo, organizado, confortável e extremamente bem cuidado. Depois do check-in, nossa experiência foi maravilhosa e a equipe foi muito atenciosa. A localização também é ótima, e o ambiente do riad é realmente encantador. Meu único ponto negativo foi o processo de check-in. Levamos cerca de 1 hora para conseguir subir para o quarto. Entendo que o hotel queira oferecer uma recepção acolhedora e explicar tudo com calma, mas, depois de uma viagem cansativa, estávamos com fome, querendo tomar banho, trocar de roupa e descansar um pouco. O processo acabou ficando excessivamente demorado, com muitas pausas entre cada etapa. Apesar disso, a experiência no hotel foi excelente e eu voltaria a me hospedar lá.

The main challenge is finding nearby parking, as it can be chaotic. If you plan to stay exclusively in the Riad area, taking a train from Casablanca Airport and hiring a local driver can simplify your travels. The location is ideal for exploring and shopping within walking distance of many attractions and markets.

Don’t be deceived by their front entrance! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff is amazing! The receptionists went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast is delicious, served with style, every detail is well thought out. The staff is smiling and very helpful. Our room had very comfortable bed and mattress. Their spa is also fantastic! We had massages done and it was excellent quality! The location of the property is very convenient and safe all around.

We spent a whole week at Riad72 and can truly recommend this location. For us it has been a calm retreat for heart and soul in this vibrant city. Mohamed has been wonderful in organizing dinner locations and was also very helpful in understanding Moroccan culture. Perfect stay in this beautiful Riad. Staff were very attentive and kind, making our stay memorable. Location is great and the onsite restaurant is superb. We stayed in the Arte Suite, which benefited from a large roof terrace with pool and Cabana. Definitely will be booking again!

We had a lovely stay. Couldn’t fault the room and feel of the place. Only slight points to be noted was, it would have been great to have food served around the pool, and to have more vegetables / healthy options, with breakfast. But these were tiny adjustments, in an otherwise brilliant location. Thank you

My husband and I stayed at Hotel 72 when visiting Marrakesh for my birthday, and the experience here was incredible and made our trip so special. Every single person working here from the manager to the waitstaff to the front desk was so helpful and kind. The room we had (it was the suite) was beautifully decorated and very clean. Every evening the staff came in for turn down service left the sweetest treats. They even took the time to celebrate my birthday which happened on the trip. Also, the location is so convenient on the heart of the Medina, and you can easily walk to many locations. I would highly recommend!
