酒店设施略显陈旧，电梯比较晃

Gammalt, sliten och omodernt hotel. Rummet var varmt trots luftkonditionering, dåligt luft och hård säng och mycket hård bäddsoffa. Begränsat frukost som serverades i en källarlokal utan fönster.

Very quiet and clean

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us.

Swiming pool was cold, jacuzzi dirty and not operational, bathtub was broken, room description incorrect ("suite with bathtub" was with shower, bathtub was only in family room) the staff is friendly and supportive

Bello ma un po di manutenzione al bagno, perché senza porta della doccia allaghi tutto, ed alla colazione dovrebbe esserci qualcuno presente per le esigenze dei clienti tipo se manca il latte a chi chiedi?

Excellent property, close to bus transport hub for FlixBus. Outside of the city centre. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.

Service at check in was quick and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Reception service at check out next day very unfriendly. Had to insist to get a receipt for the pet fee. Very small parking area. The exit of the parking area was blocked by a parking car, so driving out took time and was quit complicated.

Pleasant stay, good choice of meals in the restaurant. Rom was large with the bed in a seperate room with a dressing room area. Wi-fi was good. Good choice at breakfast

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte…. Per una notte va bene. Di negativo era il riscaldamento con condizionatore abbastanza numeroso. Abbiamo prenotato con app e al nostro arriva la camera era fredda nessuno si è occupato di accendere il riscaldamento prima del nostro arrivo Ristorante molto buono colazione ,eravamo solo noi credo nella struttura, ok salato pochissima scelta nel dolce Sicuramente non è un 4 stelle ma per una notte e ok

The AC didn’t work, the room only had a small window through which you can get same fresh air. There was a wall In front of the window. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The room was smaller that the one I which I booked. The person at the reception was not helpful. .

Hot tub not operational

We booked a room with a bathtub. It was nowhere to be seen. The Wi-Fi connection is disastrous as well

They're thief. They rob my shopping card during my absence, and request mr to figure out they robbed it. And finally when i check out, they promise to reimburse me as point, but now i realized they're lier. Especially Continental employee, i strongly recommend not stay in this hotel if you don't want to have any trouble. Room is also dirty. There are several dust are remaining under shelf and bed. Theyy don't provide me shower gel everyday ！ Everyone, no more stay this hotel ！

Incredible restaurant - amazing food with excellent prices

the hotel is good, but the service at the restaurant and pub has become poor. I have lived there for a few days every 4-5 weeks before the pandemic and start travelling again in June this year. Maybe it's hard to get good and inspiring workers during this pandemic, I don't know. I hope it gets better, and if I don't, I'll change hotels.

Good hotel for a short stay. Parking may be limited but there is street parking nearby. Clean and comfortable at affordable rate
