酒店号称历史酒店…很旧！公区（大堂、走廊、楼梯）还不错，但是房间设施太旧了！衣柜嘎吱嘎吱响，桌子摇晃不稳，地毯残旧不堪。洗手台在卧室，同一个房间，因为卫生间只能放下一个无法伸展的马桶和淋浴间….如果你见过中国农村，就是这样。床还比较舒服，睡着了就感觉不到屋子的残旧。

The hotel is historic, classic, everything is good. Just the beds have noise when i move. Staff are friendly.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is so well kept up and you feel like you have stepped back in time (in a good way). It was close to everything we wanted to do in the Alps and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a breakfast buffet and dinner by menu that you can purchase which is nice because the small town doesn’t have many options of food. We would for sure stay there again.

Fantastic service & perfect location. Since it’s sort of heritage hotel, some of the stuff/services might seem out dated to some people

What a charming hotel. It’s definitely a walk up hill from the train station. It’s Worth it! Delicious Tuesday night buffet, don’t miss it if you stay on a Tuesday.

Beautiful

I am so glad we found Hotel Falken for our stay in Wengen. I adored the historic charm that made this place so special from the quaint and comfortable rooms (with an actual skeleton key), to the old music that greets you in the parlor to the idyllic ivy-filled, tree covered outdoor garden to Charlie the beautiful Samoyed hotel pet, this hotel was a brilliant home away from home. I'm so glad I discovered it, and now there's no other place I will stay when I'm in in Wengen.

The property was definitely focused around traditional Swiss style. Older hotel that was well maintained and a nice breakfast available each morning. Beautiful setting.
