Nice place for a budget trip. It is quite far from the city but still reachable. I’ve got problem few times with the access card, maybe the hotel should change the system, instead of insert the card , they should try with swipe the card ( much easier and uncomplicated).Overall nice hotel with good view.

Picture and the real one is totally different

Room do not have heater, no spoons no tv remote control. Bad service.

As the room booked is budget room, I did not have high expectation. You get what you pay.

Đây là lần đầu tiên đến Úc của tôi, lúc đầu trong tâm trí tôi cứ nghĩ khách sạn sẽ thiếu này thiếu kia, nhưng khi đến check in phòng thì thực sự bất ngờ, Đầy đủ tất cả tiện nghi trong phòng: tủ lạnh, máy sưởi, ấm nước và cả lò vi sóng (bất ngờ nhất) và thế là tôi ở hẳn 1 tuần mà thực sự như nhà mình. Ở đây có khu dành cho người đọc sách nè, nhà hàng ăn uống nè, khu vui chơi ngắm cảnh nè, nơi ngồi đợi với bộ sofa thật êm nè, trên phòng mình còn có cả máy bán nước với snack nữa. Nói chung là còn nhiều nhiều cái nữa mình rất thích luôn, Mình đã thanh toán luôn ở VN mọi thứ và xem như mình qua Úc chỉ thế mà đi rồi ở thôi, thật sung sướng vô cùng tận

The room that I got was quite small as I spent my days by myself. However, it have good facilities in the room. But, they need to clean the window (from the inside part of the room) as it is quite dirty.

The place & the room is nice and clean.

Room is super comfortable. But if you plan to come late maybe not good idea because the taxi cost to reach the area is expensive.

The room: spacious and super comfy. But front desk workers during night hours should be more friendly when dealing with varieties of guests.

Bed is too small for two person. We did requested blanket upon check in but no action from the hotel staffs. The housekeeping never clean up our used glasses since day one. The room is too tiny and our luggage barely to keep. For sure I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good accommodation for budget travellers

Excellent but the front desk men are not kind enough. But all facilities are great.
