Great location! Just a 100-metre walk from the cruise terminal in Svolvær. The family room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious with both hot and cold dishes, perfect for Asian tastes. Highly satisfied!

Staff are helpful and friendly. Near to the tourist information center and is a good meeting point when you join the tours.

Great breakfast. The cleaning staff didn’t make up our room even after I requested it at the reception.

The hotel's location is ideal. The rooms are very comfortable, the common areas are well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The only area that could use better organization is the restaurant, which is a little disorganized.

Great hotel with nicely decorated rooms, excellent location for ferry arrival and departure, delicious breakfast and tea/coffee available in lobby areas throughout stay which was much appreciated on a very wet day.

Note-- this hotel has two buildings that are attached to each other via a hallway. One building is new and has elevators. The other is an old building w/stairs that go up and down..and back up, and has NO elevator. The staff carried our suitcases up and down the stairs, but I felt like we were in an old dumpy hotel. The "family room" had a very old uncomfortable pullout sofa with metal box springs. Definitely needs to be replaced. We learned that the "old" hotel was an office building, and the Thon hotel bought it and never put in an elevator. Also, it was super loud-- until about 1:30am, could hear people outside laughing and talking. On the plus side, the location is central and breakfast was very good.

1 minute walk from our Hurtigruten ship to the hotel. With a 10:00 disembark, this was greatly appreciated. Great location beside the pier and square.

Comfortable clean room and extremely convenient to the harbour if coming in by boat. The breakfast was incredible. Whilst the lower floors appear to be newly renovated the hallways and open areas on level 3 at least were very worn and old. The bathroom in the room only had a 3 in 1 body wash/ shampoo.

Staff in the breakfast room are not friendly at all. They dont greet you or offer to help. All they do is remind you 3 times the breakfast is almost over.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking garage. Difficult to get in and out of. Everything else was excellent.

A decent hotel, with ok lication for exploration of Lofoten. Great breakfast but disappointed by cleaning, general maintenance and too soft beds.

Among all the hotels I stayed during this Norway trip, this hotel has the best breakfast. The view from the restaurant is also awesome. The staff are super helpful. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again.

One of the Best hotels ever

Nice staff, next to the water, breakfast buffet are the best with the exquisite design restaurant and lobby, able to use free coffee and tea machine either in lobby and restaurant all day and night, find it so convenient. We like the hotel.
