Property is huge and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Biggest problem we faced in the green room was there was a group of people listening to loud music and partying till late night in the common garden. It was a terrible experience. Our kids were not able to sleep. Thanks to Aman he confronted them and requested to lower it down around 11.30 pm. But the the lady at the reception, Preeti, was seemingly very arrogant and didn't even bother to acknowledge our complaint. Hospitality means

Hotel did not describe that they are two different buildings to this Resort . Where I stayed had to go by shuttle service to restaurants breakfast area and same for Health club usage . This to me should be mentioned clearly on the descriptions. Staff was very courteous but rooms too seem very run down and overused and noisy corridors

An excellent experience with spacious, clean rooms and courteous staff. A special shout-out is given to Mamta in the restaurant for going above and beyond to handle needs over three days. The overall stay was good and highly appreciated.

Room amenities and equipment need an upgrade Websites whnenbooking need to clearly state the booking difference between the 2 towers. I didnt know breakfast & 95% of the activities are in the main tower

When reaching property there was almost no visibility due to fog. I would have appreciated a text message or call before arrival updating me of the situation and some advice to checkin before early evening..

The property is old and at the price I expect breakfast to be included.

The property is a few Km before the city centre and that’s what makes it really peaceful, it’s huge with plenty of amenities and very serene

Room size was great but the food was pathetic and room heater wasn’t working properly. It took them good time to get it fixed and didn’t change our room before that.

Very nice loacation and best in the area.

Service was absolutely fantastic. But it’s partly because they have cheap “interns” doing the rounds. The room was very comfortable, but 1. The entrance light was not working, 2 the shower door gasket is very old and shrivelled, so the water leaks out. The restaurant food is good to very good, but prices are way out of line. Same with liquor. The morning breakfast buffet is “free” and there is good variety and choices. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate special requests. The cultural events and high tea in the afternoon is great. But as it gets chilly in the later afternoon, the bonfires are inviting. But, as I discovered, also very expensive! It might be good for the hotel to light at least one big fire for all guests to enjoy. All in all, a very good experience, but the property could use a bit of TLC. Nevertheless, if you ignore the small “issues”, and focus on the beautiful nature surrounding this property, you will have a great time.

I visited with my family with 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Though property is not on mall road, it is self contained - be it valley views or Mussorie view or lot of games for your family and kids to enjoy or the heated pool. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful property with panoramic views of mussoorie. Great food and awesome spread for breakfast.

Amenities and property on the whole were great. However, room quality was not upto the mark ( wooden flooring having sharp nail in one place and sliding wardrobe not opening etc.)
