Personalen var trevliga men problemet ligger i området. Under sommartiden skriker folk på gatan framför hotellet även klockan 04am på natten som gör det väldigt svårt att sova. Luftkonditionering/kylning saknas också

Accueil et emplacement ok Pas de clim, je déconseille en été

The room was clean,bright and luminous. The 'patron' was very helpful and was keen to tell us about places of interest to visit in Lille.We took up his suggestion to visit l'Hermitage Gantois where the staff were kind enough to let us visit the former chapel with its former altar in the sanctuary and the nave transformed into a reception room.

Chambre très correcte, propre mais très exiguë en particulier le salle de bain. Très bien située près du centre historique Pas de climatisation, bruits de la rue

Le Napoleon is a convenient choice for a short stay in Lille, especially because of its excellent location directly opposite Lille Flandres station and just above a busy restaurant, making it easy to find and ideal for travelers arriving by train. The hotel can feel quite busy, and staff are not always immediately available. If no one is at reception when you arrive, you may need to wait a little, which can be challenging after a journey. During our stay, the elevator was out of order. However, the staff were helpful and offered assistance with our luggage to reach our room on the second floor. The stairs were somewhat difficult but still manageable. The shower is very small, which may not suit everyone. That said, the hotel's central location makes it a good option for a quick overnight stay in Lille.

Un petit hôtel en face de la gare, par conséquent treeeeeeeeès bruyant. Mais, l'endroit est vraiment pratique et propre, il y a tout a proximité. L'hôtel n'est pas climatisé et il faisait très chaud mais en dormant avec les draps mouillés et des boules quies j'y étais bien. Prévoir une bouilloire dans la chambre il n'y en a pas. Merci pour votre accueil

Bit basic and no air con. Cheap price. Fine if you need to catch an early train or arriving late at Lille Flandres.restaurant avail on ground floor with extensive menu.
