Except that, the room service & the staff's English level are suboptimal. We have to carry our baggages t ocheck out even if we've notified the staff we're leaving. Also the breakfast is below average.

Best hotel we stayed in whilst visiting Japan. Staff were lovely. The room was so spacious and the facilities were great. Lovely location. 100% would recommend if you’re staying in Kyoto

The semi sweet is a huge room!!! Staff goes above and beyond. The imperial palace is across the street, and the trains and buses are within a 6 minute walk. Make sure to bring a goshuin book with the amount of shrines. Only thing they don’t have is a washer and dry on property. But if you ask the front desk they can recommend one within a 10 min. Highly recommend.

The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely attentive!

Quarto muito espaçoso, confortável com tudo que vc precisa. Equipe muito gentil e prestativo. Hotel proximo a um parque gigantesco. Local muito tranquilo.

This was our highlight with Fumina taking wonderful care of us decorating for a very special birthday she had every answer to each question I had and answered with grace - walking distance to everywhere beautiful view - we loved everything offered the staff is exceptional

客室のメンテナンスが不十分だった 壁のクロスが剥がれていたのは残念だった ルームサービスを頼みたかったが電話がなく携帯でフロントに電話し聞くと故障中とのことで終わった エアコンも故障していて1月ということもあり 寒い思いをした ルームサービスで飲み物を頼みそれを持ってきた際にウェルカムドリンクが付いてたと知らされた 朝食の写真から和食か洋食を選べたが届いた物は写真と著しく異なっていた 残念な宿泊となった

The room was incredible, the staff were so welcoming and attentive, it was truly a magical experience. Dinner at the restaurant is a must!

The concept is really cool, and the hotel has great amenities, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and it’s easy to get around on foot or using the metro. The staff is absolutely amazing and kind, breakfast is yummy, and the hotel is centrally located. I loved my stay here!

It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet.

Great staff and service. I requested the room 401 . Initially it was not available for my visit but the team eventually was able to let me stay in that room. Room design is amazing and have every thing we need. It has some small wear and tear that I wished the hotel was able to maintain better. Hotel location is very convenient. It is right next to the palace. Also close to subway station and Nishiki market. We had daily breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it is the best breakfast I have ever had. Very tasty and great presentation. Definitely would want to come again!

The room was amazing! It was large, had a walk in closet, separate toilet room and bath room, a small living room area and many types of drinks in the refrigerator. The king bed was also larger than most and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to buses and the train station along with the Imperial Palace area. There were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Sehr schönes Zimmern. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück hervorragend.
