View was great from our Balcony, stairs was a pain (3rd Floor) room was lean but needed upgrading but was fine for Island life

Prior reviews mentioned low water pressure and needed updates. We found these have been addressed and everything was perfect! I mean, the TV reception isn't great and it's helpful to know Spanish but we expected that.

There’s nothing good about this property. We moved to a new hotel the first night. Lost our money because it was a package. 10 night stay

This hotel was just what we needed. No frills room was clean, spacious and our balcony looked down the street straight to the beach. Nice little morning breakfast of toast/french toast, coffee and juice every morning at the attached restaurant. Extra for other breakfast items but all the food was spectacular. Steps to beach! Nice secluded pool! Wonderful!!

Beautiful property located right on the beach (very few options like that). Golf cart rental at the lobby desk. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. You can walk to many local restaurants and bars from the property. We stayed in the tower and had a balcony overlooking the street and beach access area. Room was clean and simple with bottled drinking water in the hall, a mini fridge and safe in the room. Staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel is outdated, but it’s all about location. If you just want a good location on the beach then this is your hotel if you want a three star and above when it comes to condition, then this is not your hotel is very simple but more like a motel.

The room and hotel was in a perfect location. Staff was great we did find another location to stay for out last 2 days, just because it was stuffy and we couldn't sleep well

Too many other places to stay!! We left after 2 days and relocated to a different hotel

We stay at Maria’s twice a year. This trip, we did not get the Castle room. Be aware that while the Tower room has cold AC and hot water, the beds are very small. Still a great visit, always the best location for the money.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, direkt am Playa Norte gelegen. Es ist zwar sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir waren nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer. Leider funktionierte die WC-Spülung nicht, was ziemlich mühsam war. Das Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan war super, war jedoch nur ein Frenchtost/Kaffee/Tee und Orangensaft inklusive.

We love this place. It was our second stay and will return. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful and we love thw location ❤️
