從未試過在Hotels.com訂房後check-in時沒有房提供，一行8人簡直晴天霹靂，理由是over booking。雖然酒店為我們安排另一間酒店，但車程要半小時，根本是去了另一區。最後給予三間房，其中四人要住一間房，亦確認會安排退款。希望酒店在房間預定方面能有改善。

I was quite happy with the service in this hotel, the assistant manager was really helpful and friendly. I read some comments complaining about the breakfast and rooms condition, i guess it is not fair as we are not paying high amount of it so shouldn't expect extremely high. The breakfast was delicious just my room was a bit old but it's a village hotel, so it's much better than i expected. Btw, the pool was quite full so maybe not worth it if you have to pay extra for the entry. Anyway in general i think the hotel is good, thanks again for the Assistant Manager who helped to check me in, sorry for giving the comment a bit late, but you are excellent :)

The pod of screens to sign yourself in when you arrive is not very welcoming but staff very helpful and dealt with this. Decent size car park now chargeable all week (contra information in room which suggested Fri night to Sun are free - apparently out of date). Decennt breakfast sensibly priced if you scan the code in your room beforehand. Restaurant/room service stops by 9:30 which was inconveniently early. If you can avoid room 101 which is right by the lift shaft and noisy. Would stay here again.

Very disappointed, I was bitten in my sleep up the backs of my legs. I explained to the receptionist in the morning and she said management would be in contact with me, 6 days later and have heard nothing despite calling to check yesterday I hadn’t missed am email/call by accident. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and am willing to overlook things but being bitten then ignored is not one of them

Everything that you would expect from a Village Hotel

The club room was of good size, clean and well equipped with tea, coffee etc Comfortable stay. Needed a good base to visit my daughter Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and I felt looked after Housekeeping were also excellent, as I didn't need a full room service but clean towels and essentials were replenished without any fuss. You're staff made my stay a really good experience and would stay again when in Manchester The amenities pool and gym (included in club room) were good. Heated pool, great for both adults and children. Great to have certain times set out for the kids swim too this wish it gives everyone a choice I didn't use the gym but looked well equipped Car park free with room There's a Starbucks within the hotel The bar & grill are of good value, quality with a good variety menu and vegan available Overall a very pleasant stay

I stayed for 5 nights, put the sign on my door for the room to be cleaned 3 days in a row and it wasn’t cleaned or freshened up once. I was not impressed. Everything else was fine but I’m marking it down on everything because of that.

Everything was perfect even for a short stay. Has all that could be needed.

The dinning are for the evening food was not ideal, there was plenty of room where the breakfast area was but they do not open it for evenings meal. The food area was dedicated to big TV screens with football on it. Not the ideal eating experience.

Parking was very good. The breakfast was average and not very hot.

On arrival, plenty of parking, staff were very helpful checking in, they have a self check system, but the staff are more than happy to help you through the process. My room was spacious with a nice bathroom and lovely spacious shower, all very clean with towels and hand, hair and shower gels provided. The bed was 2 singles together as a large double, comfy and clean bedding. Breakfast can be ordered via a QR code the day before at a cost of £12.50, or payed on the morning at £17.50. An all you can eat help yourself buffet service with a very good choice and variety of food. Evening meal/snacks etc are served in the bar restaurant, the food was cooked well, no complaints there, however the prices were on the high side, especially for the portion sizes they were serving, in my opinion. Didn't use any of the other onsite facilities, like the gym, pool or hot tub etc so can't comment. All in all, a reasonably good stay, however if I stayed again, I'll be eating off site or via Uber eats 👍

The staff were all very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and had a nice dinner. I like this hotel and I’ve stayed there many times over the years.

The pool was absolutely enjoyable except the fact that kids are not allowed to stay beyond some certain time...which i think 7pm is a bit early

interaction with the staff minimal with the exception of the 'receptionist' when checking out who called me 'silly' when I asked a question. He started to preach to me about some of hte terms and conditions and when I told him I worked in marketing he said I should know better than to ask such a silly question - and he wasnt joking - and nor am I when I say this level of hostpitality isnt good enough
