Everything was excellent

The sounds in all the rooms were in my room. Very bad. No sound insulation.

Great location, right on the beachfront. We had a Comfort Room, which was very comfortable, spacious and had perfect view from the 6th floor over the beach. Highly recommendable. Very extensive breakfast buffet. On the negative side, check-in was slow with no additional information, like where breakfast would be, or discounted pricing for the beaches, or information about the facilities (we realized only after a few days that the hotel has a big swimming pool area at the back). Breakfast was trying at times - coffee machines placed so that people getting coffee blocked getting to the buffet, often no cups, staff didn't notice the machines needed refilling. Check-in and breakfast were both not the sort of service one would expect in a 4-star hotel. We were completely ignored on our 2nd day at lunch at one of the hotel's beach restaurants, eventually we simply left and lunched for the rest of our stay at another restaurant.

Godt stort og luftig værelse med balkon og udsigt til havet. Stort og varieret morgenmad. Pool områder lidt slidt.

De mensen zijn vriendelijk en het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. Als je het vriendelijk vraagt kun je ook een cappuccino of espresso krijgen aan de bar. Kamers zijn oké Alleen de douche mag vervangen worden. Wel een kamer met balkon zeezicht vragen

Het hotel is prima aan het strand gelegen en er zijn voldoende restaurants op loopafstand. Diverse onderdelen van het gebouw en kamers dienen aangepakt / opgeknapt te worden. Onze kamer had een enorm balkon met prachtig uitzicht maar in de badkamer waren diverse delen beschadigd / defect.

Wir waren 5 Tage da. Es war okey, jedoch empfand ich es nicht ald all inclusive wie wir es gebucht haben. Wir bekamen nur Cola, Wasser oder Fanta gratis sonst mussten wir für die Getränke bezahlen. Wir hatten im Zimmer keinen Duschvorhang und haben dies mehrmals gemeldet, jedoch wurde nichts unternomen. Am schluss sagten sie, dass sie es nicht machen können, als ich fragte warum antwortete sie mit "because, i dont know" Sonst ist das Hotel Okey. Hat einen eigenen Strand, genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Das Essen war gut, jedoch waren die Gläser und Teller nicht immer sauber. Ansonsten okey. Weiss jedoch nicht ob ich nochmals kommen würde.

Wer ein All Inklusive Urlaub sucht bloß Finger weg! Das "All Inklusive Angebot" mit kostenfreie Getränke gilt nur zu den Mahlzeiten. Ansonsten muss man auf eine Getränkekarte Geld laden und zusätzlich bezahlen. Daher ist das Preisleistungs Verhältnis überhaubt nicht gerechtfertigt. Mahlzeiten sind à la carte und überwiegend gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren stehts freundlich und bemüht die wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Besonderst gut gefiel uns das Animations Team. Poolanlage gefiel uns gut. Die Strandanlage gefiel uns am besten, selten so ein Sauberen Strand gesehen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist die reinste Katastrophe. Alles alt und heruntergekommen. Betten unbequem. Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig das an schlaf kaum zu denken war. Hatten ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht. Wir sind uns sicher das wir kein Comfort Zimmer erhalten haben, falls doch wollen wir nicht wissen wie die Standartzimmer ausehen. Alles in einem würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, da das Preisleistung verhältnisüberhaubt nicht übereinstimmt.
