酒店的服务人员特别热情，带你到房间，告诉你各种物品的使用方法。早餐的味道也特别的棒！距离景点步行5分钟，很近。特别是我把自己的衣服落在衣柜里了，联系酒店后，告诉我将帮我寄回，真的是非常感谢他们的服务！

以從車站到飯店有點距離，拉行李步行的時間超過30分鐘，但到鬧區的距離不算太遠，服務不錯；入住的是三人房，空間還可以，床有點太軟，早餐好吃！自行開車前往的話相當推薦！

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was very clean.only 10 minutes away from city centre so good location.had secure parking and gave an excellent breakfast!

Didn't need parking and didn't use the bar. Breakfast was good but something like muesli, stewed fruit would have been helpful.

Lovely hotel with parking & a great breakfast

Great location and easy parking. As noted on their website there are no lifts so be mindful of this, also the single room bathroom is tiny especially the shower. Staff were excellent and breakfast decent, overall would recommend.

It's a convenient location from the city center, only 12 minutes away by walking or so from the old stone wall/gate of the city. The parking is also available behind the building, accessible through the side of the building! Good selection of foods on breakfast menu, however I didn't see any fresh fruits being offered! Everything else is just right

En general my 2 nights were ok. There wasn’t a lift and my room was on 2nd floor, lots of steps! Shower unit didn’t have a hand support on the wall, important especially for older people.

clean room, but the shower was broken to begin with, but fixed after 20 minutes, and loud, drunk guest at 2 am one night, which kept me up for 3 hours, but I did not say anything at the time, with i would not want to deal with such people at 2 am, so can not blame them with just wanting to sleep at the time and did not do anything my self.

Parking is charged extra but I was aware of this in advance at you park at the property, off road, so it's handy. Clean cottage room away from the main building which was quiet. Decent breakfast and attentive staff. Handy location to walk an explore. I would stay again.

It was good location, easy walk into Your centre. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff

Parking on site is available which is a real plus. Very close to the centre, easily walkable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and good selection to choose from. Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay.

We enjoyed an excellent overnight stay at the B+B York. Helpful, cheerful staff and a breakfast to savour. The city centre was a 10 minute stroll away. Parking on the premises was a bonus Absolutely no complaints,

The girl who served me breakfast was friendly and attentive and that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. They charged me 15 pounds to park my car for one night, something which was NOT mentioned when booking. The room was stifling I had to have a window open for hours and even then took ages to get to sleep, the breakfast was adequate though only 1 sausage was particularly miserly given I asked for no eggs, it just sums up the attitude of this b and b, give as little away as possible an take as much off people as they can

The room was nice, breakfast had a good variety of different options, the hotel was in nice safe and quiet location.
