Safe, convenient, clean and overall good value.

The whole place smells stale and of urine. Had to get a bed bug spray after first night and spray the whole place due to bugs everywhere.

I should have asked them ahead of time to do what they could to support our mid-morning arrival after a red-eye flight. Luckily, they were eventually able to accommodate. Parking however was annoying: off-season (summer college break), the only times the rooms are available, paying guests are forced to park at the far end of the building, with no doors there to let us in or out. Yet there was a consistently EMPTY FIELD of parking spaces directly in front of the Residence entrance. But heaven forbid we use that...

No coffemaker, no kettle.

Front desk staff is corteous and helpful.

Very affordable, clean property. Probably has the highest value in the Hamilton area. Front desk was very helpful, despite the water shutdown in the next day morning, they provided a water basket so we can save some water for the next day. Free parking. The bed is a bit too firm and didn't sleep very well. However, given the price, I am highly satisfied.

For the price of a two-bedroom room, the value and quality was fantastic. It looked a little beaten up (not gross, just worn-out) in some areas, but that's to be expected for a college dorm. But the area felt safe, easy to park at, and generally well-kept. I would absolutely stay here again!

A bit pricy

Great place to stay in Hamilton. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff were great, friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat the price! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cheap, calm,perfect !

No air conditioning

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time spent there was great. The only complaint was that the rooms were very hot and needed a fan. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

It is a student dormitory type of hotel. The suite contains two bedrooms, a pantry (sink, fridge and microwave oven) and a washroom. Despite the fact we stayed right after the school term ended, the rooms are in exceptional state of cleaningness; the beds feel firm and support my back very well. It feels super comfortable.

The only inconvenience is the fan in the bathroom. It has to be on when you turn on the lights

College dorm, it was fine accommodation! Would stay again.

When I went to the property it look a lot different from the pictures, I call that false advertisement. The rooms and inside the space , look like a college dorm. On the website it shows a hotel room?? But nevertheless it was clean, communication with front desk staff was excellent.. But you guys need to take down those fake pictures and let your customers really know what they are renting. Cause at the end of the day my credit card was charged and I didn’t get what I payed for!

Staff were excellent and very friendly helpful. Rooms were cleaned and room was spacious.
