Clean and nice staff

Design is modern and located in a central area of tourist attractions. The major issue with the design, however, is there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom in this one bedroom apartment. All the smell and noise of toilet flushing from the bathroom affect the bedroom, especially worse at the middle of the night. No privacy especially when an additional window is right next to the bath and with semi-transparent glass door (not up to ceiling) for the toilet. Shower gel stain on the floor tiles near the shower and bath which were never cleaned . No replenishment of coffee capsules and have to purchased from minibar after consuming the first three complimentary coffee capsules. This is unlike all the hotels these days.

地理位置非常好，聽的士司機說這一帶治安是巴塞隆拿最好！亦鄰近米拉之家，巴特樓之家及很多名店，方便旅遊及購物！ 房間十分的大，設施也齊備，只是沐浴間於沖涼時容易漏水！

房间舒服，厨房设备齐全，适合家庭居住。

位於精品大道的公寓式飯店，適合要買精品的人，清洗用具應有盡有。

地點超棒，就在米拉之家斜對面，在客廳就可看到米拉之家。兩房兩衛一廳房型，有小廚房，烤箱、洗碗機、洗衣機，及餐具。下次再到巴塞隆那一定再次入住。

房間的浴室與睡房之間沒有任何遮蔽物，洗澡沒有隱私，隔音也不好，晚上沖馬桶會吵醒客房正在熟睡的人。我們第二天早上有預訂八點的早餐，結果櫃台人員竟登記為十一點半的早餐，打電話反應才臨時送餐，導致行程有些延誤

位置非常好 捷運就在旁邊兩分鐘 附近很多商店＆餐廳 房間很大 C/P值很高 有五星級的等級 陽台看出去的街景很漂亮

酒店很不错，性价比不错，就是房间小了点，临街的估计会大一定

Un muy buen hotel, perfectamente montado, los apartamentos agradables y cada que voy repito y me quedo en el mismo alojamiento. Tiene dos piscinas, gimnasio y la ubicación es perfecta.

The front desk staff were so friendly and kind. Great communication before the check in and during the stay. House keeping came everyday to check on us. Was a great place to stay for 2 weeks.

Très belle chambre, par contre, on entend le métro quand il passe en bas, nous n’étions qu’au deuxième étage. De plus, payer le supplément pour la vue sur La Perdrera n’en vaut vraiment pas la peine, vous ne verrez que des feuilles d’arbre.

Staff was super attentive, apartment had everything including washer and dryer which was key for our trip. Location is perfect if you want to walk around downtown and shop around.

Our stay at Suites Avenue was exceptional. The property is sparkling clean with a modern and stylish appearance. Importantly, the plumbing, elevator, kitchen appliances, and so on were all is perfect working order. Great water pressure in the shower, and no lack of hot water. The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. The 24/7 staff was friendly and very accommodating (thank you Javier, and all of the others). And of course, the location can't be beat. Without question, I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.

とても快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました！ バスタブがなかったのが想定外で シャワールームを使うと、洗面所がびしょびしょになるのはなかなかのストレスでした。 洗濯機があるのはとても助かりました。 日本人にはスペインの家電はなかなか使いずらいです。

Great hotel. Amazing room that included two bedrooms (one large, one small), a common area, kitchen and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean. Staff provided excellent service. A real luxury experience. Located between the Hermes and Fendi stores on the Passeig de Gracia. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly for longer stays.
