SPA kostade 45 euro per person och timme, vilket var rejält i överkant.

Rigtig dejligt og fint hotel lige i centrum af byen. Hotellet var rent og pænt. Personalet var meget flinke og hjælpsomme:) Værelset var stort og rent og som beskrevet. Vi brugte ikke nogle af faciliteter. Da vi ankom var der ingen strøm, vand eller aircondition i hele “City Center”. Så det første halve døgn var ikke så godt, men da det hele kom tilbage fik vi at vide med det samme at vi som kompensation ville får morgenmad inkluderet i resten af vores ophold. Super service! Deres Lufthavns transport fungere nemt og optimalt, også når man som os har et fly man skal afsted til kl 04 om morgenen

Hotel desgastado pelo tempo, sem conservação, paredes sujas e descascadas, corredores escuros e com mal cheiro. Café da manhã horrível e ambiente nada agradável com fiações expostas, paredes e móveis sujos e desgastados.

We stayed here for a week during the Santa Rosalia festival and it was excellent. We were right in the city centre. We asked for a quiet room and found ourselves at the back of the hotel which suited us perfectly as there was zero noise. The cathedral is a 5 .invite walk up the hill as was the palace. The lift takes you to the first floor. You walk along the corridor to another lift which takes you to the rest of the floors. Quirky but loved it. Breakfast is from 7-10, it's the same selection every morning but sets you up for the day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and couldn't fault it. Would I stay here again, definitely. Already thinking about a return visit when it's a little cooler, we had 34° just about every day during our stay. The photos are the views from our room window.

Au moment de réserver, nous avons mal lu et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un morceau de chambre de 10m2 avec un lit 140x190 de côté nous empêchant d'ouvrir la valise. Buffet petit-déjeuner minimaliste et peu renouvelé. Étonnant pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de café ni de bouteille d'eau offerts en chambre. Gros point fort en revanche : sa situation au cœur du centre-ville. Bref, un peu déçu.

The location of this property is really ideal and in the center of many of the most historical sites. We were pleased with the property. We were upgraded to a spacious suite which we were very pleased with.

Fijn hotel in het centrum van Palermo op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden , op 25 meter lopen van de straat met de meeste restaurants .

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great. Breakfast is worth skipping though.
