This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.

Good room and bed, nice shower with a good quality shower gel. Breakfast excellent, and well laid out and executed. One massive gripe... paying for parking!! was not mentioned on Hotels.com, and was told if i book direct it would be waived. TBH i think this is awful, and i more than likely would have not booked as there were cheaper overall hotels in the area. Just waive all parking ..... and then very clear.

Everything was fine, the only thing to be aware of is they will charge you to park your car, apart from that everything was absolutely fine, hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and polite.

The hotel was clean. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. The only problem was getting there. The postcode kept sending us to Park Lane Resort.

Flea treatment needed horrendously infested was bitten all over lower legs

I did not stay for breakfast as I woz up for a work s course when I book in there woz a gentleman complaining about the food cold slow not cooked properly £6.20 for a Guinness probley about normal these day s my biggest moan. No HOT WATER in the morning so no shower when I come down there woz people complaining already 👎

Great stay as usual. But my only complaint is the tvs are just standered with the cost of smart tvs nowadays would help to update them. Apart from that very friends well kept room quiet environment.

In our Family Room, the bedsettee mattress was about 4 inches/10cm lower at the shoulders than the lower part of the mattress. Had to use all the towels to try to level it out a little otherwise their head was far too low!!

Clean room, food great , good portions, staff very welcoming and efficient. The bed and pillows not as comfortable as I would have liked but thats a personal thing, but adequate for a short stay.

Stayed overnight on business. Perfect for what I needed.

Located in the service area at Motorway northbound. No access from other streets.

Rooms basic but have everything you need, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast basic but OK, would stay here again.

Overall a good location to stop off on route.
