晚上仃車场有一入口關了，我花了三十分鐘車程才能由另一入口進入

非吸煙房間外走廊有煙味，到前台兩次要求紙巾，兩天都送不到，住幾天只提供半盒紙巾。

I had a great stay here. The hotel is clean. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, (but I'm being really picky here) they were comfortable and cosy. Perfect for our needs. The breakfast was tasty and plentyfull. You can help yourself as much as you want. Full English, pastrys, toast, fruit, cereal & yoghurt. A very pleasant stay and great value for money

stopover for a good night's rest between long drives. room is in good condition for its price. It is next to the motor way service stop so it has easy access to food, coffee and shops.

Parking is easy and secure. Rooms a little tired. Fixtures and fittings worn/damaged.

Room had dust and cobwebs Shower difficult to turn on and off TV was very basic, although the description said 'premium channels' Bed was very hard (too hard) and springs were noisy Duvet was thin, and cold Only one spare pillow, which were all thin, so need more Some lights did not work / we're not connected to a switch Minimal plugs Heater was very noisy,

The duvet was too thin and the room was cold. The carpet was filthy around the edges, the room smelled damp, the sink in the bathroom was cracked. We weren’t aware of the parking charge ahead of arrival, perhaps it was in the small print.. the check in process was smooth and the staff member friendly and courteous..

Nice property with a large rooms. Overall I would like to give it a five star

Absolute disgrace of a place!! Dirty is an understatement. Needs to be shut down!!

Very Good

The room although basic was spotless clean. Only downside was that an extra pillow each would have been nice and there were no glasses.
