Breakfast does not start until 9:30 am which was too late for me. I have meetings start at 8 or 9 am. I stayed on the 2nd floor and 1st floor was the Jazz Club which stays open until midnight.. Room is clean and nice. For the price I paid and the location of the hotel, I would stay another time if I travel alone.

Great little no-frills hotel in a good location downtown. Room had a sink but shared bathroom/shower which was clean and did the trick. Easy check in with the front desk, which closes at 11pm, so check-in is no later than 11pm, which was told to me in welcome email. Near subway, city hall, queen West, walkable to Skydome, Union station, arena, etc. Attached bar is a cool little place that has live jazz every night!

It’s a budget place downtown. Close to the action but the rooms are super basic. And the beds are hard and not comfortable

The room was nice and the staff was nicer! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Next time I come back to Toronto I am staying in this hotel without a doubt.

The room was fine. The only criticism is that the hotel is advertised together with its bar-restaurant, but the place always has events where they charge a cover charge and limit guests from dining there. This is inconvenient, as one would expect a hotel with a restaurant to allow guests to eat there, but charging a cover charge makes no sense.

Super friendly staff. Hotel is in a great area with easy access to transit or 15 min walk to union. Room was clean and had what you need for a night or 2.

The room was great, clean, comfortable, quiet. But there wasn't very much soap left in the dispenser for my shower.
